«Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously.
Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room.

«We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day — everything was always clean and fresh.
The resort itself is stunning and very well maintained. We loved everything here — the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay.
