«The staff was very nice and friendly, but the hotel condition was very unclean. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The toilet was running and making noise all night. The tub didn’t have a plug so we couldn’t even use it for the jets after we paid extra for that room.
One of the beds had a fake eyelash in it. There was hair and other trash all over the floor in the bathroom and room. Just can tell they don’t have good housekeepers. Again the staff was really nice and we liked the shuttle ...

«The check in was horrible! The manager was short with costumers and I wasn’t able to get a lower room due to medical reasons but I called and was told it wouldn’t be a problem and so when I showed up and asked to please make sure I’m on lower level because of my issues and was informed I was on the 7th floor and that’s the lowest they have and if I don’t like it I could leave else where… was the exact words.

«The staff is very nice. It is right off of a main road so there is significant road noise. The property could use some better maintenance. There was some paint chippage and paint splatter on the floor in the bathroom. Also could be a little cleaner, there was stains on the curtains. All together not a horrible stay, it gets the job done but definitely not the nicest stay.»
