«Everything was very clean and tidy the staff were great friendly and attentive . The little food shop was really handy when we needed a late night snack and bottles of water (a vegetarian soup option would have been good for my two daughters )
We did have a problem with a scorching hot shower the first morning but the manager sorted it within a few hours , I think hooks placed in a different part of the bathroom(ie not directly above toilet ) would have been more hygienic and helpful for when ...

«The hallways smelled like wet dirty dogs and although the room was pretty cleaned the tub had been coated more than once and was stained and chipped. We were awaken at 2:50 am by the nextdoor neighbors dogs in a full out fight and the owners screaming at those animals. I reported this to the front desk the next Moring and all they said was “I’m sorry”! No refund, no discount, no future credit. No thank you! Not ever going to use this hotel chain again. And we are discussing if Expedia ...
