★ HOUSE RULES★

📌Must be 25yrs old to rent.
📌 We Require ALL guests to sign the Rental Agreement upon booking and submit a $500 security hold that will be released upon checkout.
📌 No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. Our max occupancy is 15 guests. Anything over 15 guests is subject to a $1,000 fine. Any guests over 15 without approval are subject to cancellation of reservation.
📌 PARKING: Max of 4-5 cars allowed on the property depending on the size. Approval required for requests for more. No Street parking allowed.
📌 Hot Springs Village is a gated community. Only authorized persons are permitted access.
📌 No Smoking inside the property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a 750.00 Ozone cleaning fee. Smoking outside is allowed, but must be cleaned up. Any debris will charge 50$ for additional cleaning.
📌 No parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests, you will be charged $100 per guest, a $600 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.
📌 No pets allowed. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you bring a pet without authorization you will be charged $500.00 and an additional $250.00 ozone and cleaning fee and evicted immediately.
📌 No Shoes allowed in the house: We provide complimentary slippers to all adult guests to enjoy your stay.
📌 Do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide grey towels to remove makeup as your makeup will stain the (white) towels and then we will have to charge you $35.00 per towel.
📌 The boat is not available for guest use. Guests are strictly prohibited from touching, tampering with, or using the boat under any circumstances. No diving is allowed from the dock or ramp.
📌 There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the house only for security purposes and to confirm the number of guests.


★ HOT TUB RULES ★

📌 No glass near the hot tub area.
📌 No diving or jumping into the hot tub.
📌 Use the hot tub at your own risk.
📌 Do not tamper with the hot tub controls.
📌 Shower before entering the hot tub.
📌 Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use.
📌 Limit hot tub usage to a reasonable duration and temperature not over 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
📌 Do not add any chemicals or substances to the hot tub.
📌 No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub.
📌 Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
📌 Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds or infections.
📌 Report any issues or malfunctions with the hot tub to the property manager immediately.
