• Easy Self Check-In: Convenient keyless entry with a secure access code provided before arrival.

Other Things to Note



• Primary renter must be 25+, maximum of 15 guests, and a signed rental agreement is required.

• No indoor smoking, pets, parties, or unapproved events.

• 10 PM – 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.

• A $500 security deposit hold is required before check-in.

• Exterior Security Cameras: Located at the driveway, front door, garage, deck, and storage areas for property security and safety.

• Community Amenities: Some Hot Springs Village amenities may require additional fees or separate access, depending on community rules and availability.

• Fire Pit Use: Subject to weather conditions and seasonal burn bans. Guests will be notified of any restrictions.

• Water Trampoline: Guests are responsible for proper setup, securing, and storage. Instructional videos are provided. No fishing from the trampoline or sharp objects near the equipment.
