This Beautiful Townhome offers a wonderful place to call home for your vacation! Located right on Lake Balboa, the views are STUNNING! Three bedrooms, offering one King and Two Queen beds, a Large Ensuite Bath for the primary bedroom and an additional full bathroom offer comfort and room to spread out. With comfortable furnishings through out and beautiful décor, your senses will be soothed by the beauty of this home, inside and out. Located on the East side of the Village, the Balboa Beach and Marina are within a few minutes drive! Head on down to the Sunset Grill for wonderful food, cocktails and enjoyable social nights. Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. The home is close to the Balboa gate which you can use to exit the Village, but you would still need to enter through one of the manned gates. (East or West) If you have any questions of need anything during you stay please let us know. Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. There are only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m. There are 2 security cameras on the property, one is right by front door and the other by the back door. When you arrive you will find: A Welcome Book with local information such as: Restaurants, Church Listings, Golf Courses, Lakes and much more!
