Come relax and enjoy your stay in this western inspired retreat! Located 2.5 miles from the west gate and just minutes from the lake, trails, golf course, restaurants and more! Our master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and features a sliding glass door out to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.  Perfect for two couples or a family of four.  The living room has a very comfortable couch, great for enjoying your favorite late night tv show. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, baking sheets, and dishes.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in. 

The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away. 

This is a NO smoking, Pet friendly rental

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m. 

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
