Beautiful Balboa Lake Home with Stunning View

Enjoy your time in this Grand single level vacation home on Beautiful Lake Balboa. There are expansive porches to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The open concept living area provides a bright, comfortable and cheerful space to gather with friends and family. The Master bedroom offers a King bed and an attached bath with a soaking tub, walk in shower, and toilet.
The Second bedroom has two Queen beds and its own bath, with a huge soaking tub inside the room, as well as a toilet. (unfortunately, the jets do not work in this tub, yet can still be used for a nice long bath)
The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and a dedicated office area. Just outside this room, in the hall, you'll find a 3/4 bathroom. There is plenty of room for everyone and a view you will get lost in! Bring your boat or rent one and use the large boat dock. Go for a swim, fish to your heart's content, or relax and enjoy the lake from the beautiful back patio. 

There are 2 kayaks and Life Jackets for your use!
Please wear lifejackets for safety.

We apologize in advance, the sauna in the master shower is not in working order.
There is a countertop icemaker for use, as the under-counter ice maker is out of order.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print these directions.

The house was beautiful clean very cozy the lake amazing the entire property was amazing. The downside was the wifi for the TV it kept kicking us out whenever we would sit down to relax watch some football the TV would not work. Also the hot tub in the master bedroom would fill with water but none of the jets worked so it was basically just a hot bath. Would have been nice to know beforehand that the hottub was defective i kind of planned the mood around it we both enjoy football so that was a bummer. And the batteries in the remote were dead had to figure out the TV in the bedroom none of this is a deal breaker it was gorgeous relaxing and the bed was very comfortable we would definitely come back to this house again and also there are stores nearby i could have bought batteries but i didn't find all that till late sunday but it was very enjoyable and i wanted to let someone know about the few things that were an issue but they did not ruin our time we had a magnificent time at this home.

Overall this place is nice and comfortable, had issues receiving arrival instructions in a timely manner prior to arriving. Upon entering the property we found the master bed was not cleaned and unmade and the master toilet had an issue, Reported issues to management issues were resolved in a timely manner. Given the price I would have expected no issues

Thanksgiving 2023

This place was even more beautiful than the pictures described ❤️ Everything was absolutely wonderful! I don’t know what went on with the check-in communication upon arrival but when I called it was handled promptly. The ONLY thing I saw that could have been helpful, would have been if each light switch was labeled…we basically just went around flipping and sliding every switch until we figured out what turns on which lights and a little more detail placed in the book on how to work certain things like the fireplace, in-house speakers, etc. The view was amazing and so serene. The home had plenty of back yard accessibility, which was great for a night out on the porch without disturbing the rest of the family. The openness and natural light gave the home so much more life. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. ❤️❤️❤️

Great!

The home is simply lovely with nice design touches and added comfortable amenities such as blankets for the couches, couch pillows, nice towels, tolietries, etc. The house was inviting, clean, with many areas to eat and visit. We enjoyed having a grill on the back porch. There were plenty of kitchen tools to cook or bake for a family. Loved the double oven. There was no Kleenex in the bathrooms which I thought was odd. The biggest room has two queen beds with a jacuzzi tub, no shower, separate toliet room with a huge walk in closet. I find it strange to have a jacuzzi tub in a open concept queen bedded room. I tend to think of romance when a jacuzzi tub is opened to a bedroom. Clearly this is not meant to be. Since we are "shower" people, the family members in the queen bedded room used the shower next to the Laundry area. I would strongly recommend the Queen bedded bathroom be renovated with a master bath with shower and a separate bath tub with privacy. I recommend a king bed and a lounge area in the bedroom with a deluxe sofa bed. I know the key is to have beds for as many people as possible. The pretty lawn lamp in the back of the house shines into the Master Bedroom at night. We tried to turn it off but it is on a timer of some sort. I recommend the overnight guests have the option to turn it off . We had a question about the oven and the call was picked up and answered quickly. We had a very enjoyable stay! Thank you.

Beautiful location just outdated and repairs needed

Had 7 people at times visiting in home with 6 staying in home. Family get together. Was once a beautiful home but repairs needed. Toilets got stuck running when flushed, outdoor furniture by lake in need of great repair, alot of light bulbs burnt out, not enough towels for everyone. Third bedroom a little deceiving in pics. Is an office with a bed in the room. Person in this room had to walk thru entryway and kitchen to take a shower and use the restroom in the bathroom on otherside of home. We did have a good time as a family though getting yogether.
