Renovated lake front home with great views & swim dock!

Perfect location directly on the lake but only a mile off popular Central Ave. Newly renovated, 3200 square foot home, with 147 feet of lake frontage with a swimming dock and private boat ramp. There are also 3 kayaks for guest use. Large spacious rooms with two living areas, including a pool table, modern kitchen appliances, and large washer and dryer to accommodate families. We are in the PERFECT location; right in the middle of town close to everything; yet uniquely private. We are located 5 miles from the famous historic downtown area and only 3.5 miles from Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino.

Our home features 4 bedrooms. Located on the bottom floor (walk-in level) is the gameroom area, with pool table, wet bar, 65” flat screen TV, refrigerator, laundry room, and a large bedroom with a 50" flatscreen TV. The bottom level bedroom has a queen bed and 2 XL twin sized beds with large attached bathroom with walk-in shower. This bedroom also has private outside entry with views of Lake Hamilton. Upstairs features the main living area with 65" flatscreen TV, open concept kitchen, gas fireplace, attached outside balcony with great views of lake, dining room that seats 6 with kitchen bar that seats 4, spacious well-stocked kitchen. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs bedroom #1 has a king sized bed with attached bathroom with shower. Upstairs bedroom #2 has a king bed and upstairs bedroom #3 has a queen bed. There is a bathroom in hall with shower/tub combo.

Our awesome outdoor entertainment area is right on edge of lake and has ample seating with TV and a great firepit area with wood provided.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a VERY STEEP driveway that leads to the back of the house where parking area is located and also leads to private boat ramp. Practice extra caution during the winter months.

*Please let us know if you will be bringing a boat ahead of time so we can make sure to accommodate you and give you additional details for our private boat dock. And know we have a VERY STEEP driveway- I would not suggest pulling a boat down the driveway without at first walking down and assessing the layout.

*Lake Hamilton lowers 3-6 feet every year in November-March. During these times you will still have expansive views of the water which is very rare, however the dock will be inaccessible by boat.

*We are pet friendly! We just ask that they are well-behaved, well groomed, house trained, and treated with flea and tick prevention.

*Also please note the main living area with kitchen and dining is upstairs. You will have to walk up a flight of stairs to access this area. This may be a deterrent for those physically challenged.

*We have security cameras located outside of the front and back doors of our home.

BEST VRBO EVER! The inside was gorgeous and spacious! Our teen boys LOVED the game room and pool table area. The view from the house and deck were gorgeous as were the sunsets. The kayaks on site were an added bonus. The house had more than enough towels etc and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had! Owner was VERY responsive and helpful. This was our fav VRBO.

Awesome house & great location!!

We had the best week at the lake house! The location on the lake was great and we were so close to all the restaurants & family activities in Hot Springs. The house was stocked so well. There were 9 of us and we had more than enough room to spread out and not be on top of each other.

Exceeded expectations-This is the place

The positives of this amazing home are too many to list. This lakeside property is in such a convenient location. Close to dining and retail and to downtown Hot Springs, AR, which is delightful. The home was clean and ready for us with comfortable beds and lots of towels, The lakeside gazebo/entertainment rea was a big hit as we watched the NBA Finals, The Stanley Cup Final, The College WS and F1. The technology in the home is perfect with great wi-fi and smart TVs. Having two separate family rooms was a plus allowing us to watch separate things upstairs and down and the refrigerator downstairs was great to keep our beverages cold and easily accessible. We had our own boat and launched at the nearby Hot Springs Marina which was so convenient. Recommend Sam's Pizza on the lake, Bubba's Brews and Fisherman's Wharf. When we return to Lake Hamilton, this will be the place. Great communication with the owners as well.

We took a family trip to the lake house with our grandchild who range in ages 5 - 14 years. It is difficult to find a place that will appeal to all of their age groups and accommodate all of them comfortably, but your lake house satisfied all of the children and adults too! Everyone had a great time. The boys loved hanging out on the covered patio watching YouTube, fishing off of the deck, and swimming. The girls appreciated the large down stairs bedroom, and its large shower. All of the kids loved the game room, and kayaks. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and your lake house is by far the best. It’s accurately described online. The house was clean, and well stocked with everything a family could possibly need. Plenty of bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and extra bedding were in closets. All beds were super comfortable. Our crew also enjoyed the ability to spread out (10 of us) when any one needed time alone. There was ample room to do so both indoors and outdoors. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had, and have given an accurate description of their lovely home. We will be returning in the future.

The property was clean, cute, comfortable, and had all of the amenities you could need. It is tucked away between trees and bamboo that makes it feel very private and secluded. The outdoor spaces were very nice for relaxing. The house is a short drive to downtown, the bath houses, hot springs national park, and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous lake front VRBO

The Property was in great condition. A few minor issues, due to other tenants who can damage vacation rental. Well equipped and wonderfully decorated. The owners are good communicators. Only shock was driving down that Driveway the first time or two. It’s kind of scary the first few times and we didn’t realize we’d be coming in the downstairs and walking up and down the stairs so often. Of course, this is often the case on the lake and not many things that we couldn’t find in this fabulous rental. The upstairs, downstairs, and outdoor living space will make it a favorite for many. May have to come back again soon.

Fantastic lake experience

This property is beautifully maintained and the location on the lake makes for a perfect relaxing experience. Our family enjoyed playing games indoors when it rained, then headed outside to enjoy the many patios and decks. There was something for everyone to do. The owners thought of everything. There were blankets by the couches, various games in the game room, and lots of seating to sit and visit. Being dog friendly was a bonus for us as we love to travel with our little dogs. The owners were very prompt to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely book this house again when we are in the area. It is close to everything but feels like you are in your own little oasis.

Relaxing getaway

We recently spent 3 days at this property and absolutely loved it! The house is lovely. The beds are comfy and we had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the game room and kayaking on the lake. My husband and I appreciated the sunset views and quiet property. We hope to visit again and would definitely book this house.
