***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***

Feels like home

My family enjoyed a weekend at this home. It was well stocked and room for everyone. The outside space was amazing. We fished, swam, rented a boat and just enjoyed being together. It does have a couple of steps leading from the driveway to the home so if you have issues with stairs just bring some great help to tackle those. Great location to shop and eat!

Great house located in a convenient area!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and nice. The entertainment was easy to navigate. The hot tub was great to have and it’s very close to the water which was nice. It got chilly at night so the fireplace was wonderful as well. Really don’t have any complaints! The house has most necessities you might forget so that was a huge plus. Thanks again and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Horrible hosts

Hot water heater problems and host refused to fix until 10 hours later. Clothes dryer problems the downstairs is extremely damp and humid because of the dryer not functioning properly. There were so many flies in the house when we arrived I felt disgusted. Back porch French door would not lock properly because the left door would not lock to top and bottom holes. Living room window would not lock and also a sign stating do not use because window is broken. So I guess a burglar will obey the sign and not open the window because you hope your family is secure. Beautiful setting for a home but don’t say you have not been warned!

Property gets a 3 out of 5, needs updating, some lights not working, switches bad, rugs need replaced, bath towels were crappy. Outside furniture needs replaced, deck refinished, several tiles broken on patio. Yard in bad shape. Definitely not worth the money I paid!

Great place especially the outdoor space!!

We enjoyed it immensely. Proximity to golf and fishing, plus mini golf, made it a perfect place to enjoy each other's company for our reunion.

Fantastic Family Fun Trip!

This property is perfect for a BIG family who's ready to enjoy each others company and have a great time relaxing! We had Grandmothers, Adults (Parents), Teenagers and Two Little ones, and it was exactly what we needed. The view was amazing. We were up early mornings enjoying the cooler temps while drinking coffee either on the back porch/deck or down on the dock fishing. The sunset every night was directly in front of us. We were able to get some beautiful pictures. The property has everything you could need. We will keep this property on the TOP of our favorite list. We'll be back!

Super Bowl getaway

We had a great time at the smart lake house. The pics were spot on and the house was represented correctly. The kitchen was well stocked with the appropriate items and utensils.. The host responded promptly to our questions. I would absolutely recommend this house.

Great Escape from Hurricane Ida Aftermath

Girls Trip 2021 We scheduled this trip a good while back and just happened to fall on Hurricane Ida's aftermath. We had a few in our group who still had no power from the storm and the rest had gotten in back the day or a few days before we left. I had been talking to Jasen, the homeowner about our situation in case we needed to reschedule. He was the most helpful owner we have had so far. The house was cool when we arrived and in immaculate condition. The first day we just relaxed and sucked up the AC and the quietness of the day with no generators running. Jasen also took us on his boat instead of trying to rent a party barge and not really know where to go. It was worth every penny and we had a great day. We will be back because of the hospitality, cleanliness of the home and the beautiful view of the water. Our Girls Trip that turned into a Hurricane Ida getaway was just what we needed and beyond our expectations!!!

We had a fantastic time at this home spacious enough for our group to sleep comfortably & spend time all together! Indoor & outdoor Living area + multiple decks were perfect! FANTASTIC PLACE, VIEW AND HOST!

Our host met us at property and helped us navigate the house technology which was top notch! We were welcomed by his great attitude and handy tips for our stay. We had a wonderful sunset view over the water. We had a drizzly day of shopping and came back to games and music fun and then off to a great local restaurant for excellent food. Hot tub was crystal clean. House was immaculate. Needed one more day with sun to enjoy the water sports but now we have something to look forward to. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Exceeded Expectations!

We rented this house for a low-key bachelorette party in Hot Springs. We really wanted to find a place to spend most of our time in because of COVID. This place did not disappoint. Everything was fully renovated and the technology of the house was amazing. Jasen was great to work with showed us how to work the control panel. The saddest part was the fact it was cold and rainy so we didn’t use the outside area as much as we wanted! Great stay, can’t recommend it enough

Very nice property and very accommodating owners

The hours of this property could not have been more nice and it is a relatively newly renovated property. These from the back deck are amazing and it’s a very comfortable home to stay in. We had nine people there and found it to be perfect for our size group. The owners are more than accommodating and allowing us to check in early and check out late and gave good suggestions of the surrounding Area. My only complaint and I hesitate even saying this since they were so accommodating was that no one told us that the washing machine was out of service before we got there. Given the fact that this is a summer home with water sports nearby, washing machine is absolutely imperative to have an a property this type.. I would only suggest that you verify that all appliances including the washer machine are functioning before you stay at this property
