This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. A full size rollaway bed is also available for added sleeping flexibility.



*Please note that stairs are required for access to the living room, dining room, and kitchen that are on the 2nd floor and one bedroom on the 3rd floor. Two bedrooms/bathrooms on 1st floor.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking in front of the building on a first come, first served basis. No boat trailer parking allowed at the home. Trailer parking is available at Lake LBJ Marina.

• Guests do not have access to the amenities of the Horseshoe Bay Resort with the exception of the Waterfront Bar & Grill which is open to the public.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at the front door and actively monitoring the parking lot.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
