Villa Rising Sun Beachfront med Beach Bar & Dock

Villa Rising Sun er en 6200 kvadratmeter stor. Villa på stranden i Hopkins Belize. Din utleie er hele første etasje med private innganger, 3 soverom, to bad, din egen private palapa strandbar og dock.

Villa Rising Sun ligger i det prestisjetunge feriestedet Hopkins, Belize. Vi ligger i sørenden av feriestedet. Feriestedets distrikt er mye roligere og tilbyr mange av de fineste barene, restaurantene og turfasilitetene bare en kort spasertur unna. Hopkins Village ligger mindre enn en kilometer unna.

Dokken din med hengekøye og svinger som er over vannet er perfekt for solnedganger, fiske, manatee-observasjoner eller bare slappe av i en hengekøye.

Utleie av tre soverom, to bad er på strandnivå, og har et fullt utstyrt kjøkken, vaskerom og et stort flott romområde for underholdning eller avslapning. Det store rommet har også en komfortabel queen-size seng. Den er utstyrt med alt du trenger for ferien.

Flott rom med stort spisebord i mahogny, to bord til skrivebord eller brettspill, to komfortable sofaer (ett med dronning, uttrekkbar seng) og stoler for å slappe av etter en hard dag på stranden eller utforske. 50 ”smart TV og DVD-spiller. Kabel-TV med over 200 kanaler inkluderer mange av favorittene dine fra USA og Canada.

Åpne døren og gå inn på stranden. Eiendommen er anlagt med urfolk og planter, og det er en jungel mye på sørsiden av Villa.

Nyt din egen private stråtekkede strandbar med alt du trenger for å ha en flott tid og er et flott sted ute av solen. Mark, Sabrina and Dean were amazing hosts. They work together well to ensure you are well taken care of. They really know how to make you feel welcome. They stayed up late to greet us, woke up early to say good bye. We received great recommendations from them all. We loved our stay. Watching the fish and manatees at night from the pier was such a highlight and not to mention the incredible bar and fresh coconut water from the coconuts.

SLICE OF PARADISE.This was an absolutely perfect stay at Villa Rising Sun. Mark and Sabrina are great hosts and a big shout out to Dean for his expert concierge services. All three of them would check in from time to time to make sure that we had everything we needed. The house is large, comfortable and very clean. The private tiki bar with a sound system was a great place to hang out. We loved being right on the beach and spent a lot of time in the gorgeous water. In the evening, it was fun to watch the fish from the edge of the dock. Shelly cooked an amazing lobster tail dinner, and we also had massages at the house, which both were highlights of the trip. The location of the house is perfect. It is close to so many good restaurants. Hopkins is a special place. I am looking forward to returning to Villa Rising Sun.

I highly recommend Villa Rising Sun. Mark and Sabrina were both interested in everything we did, but also to make sure we had no needs or issues (which we didn’t). The listing is very accurate as the house. Very clean and well-located to Hopkins. We rented a golf cart and that was all you really need unless you want to venture further away.Great things about the place - the dock has a regular flow of manatee. We saw several. Also, the tarpon and yellow jacks at night are a blast to watch. Dean did a terrific job hooking us up with tours and we were really pleased with them (see Get To Know Belize Adventures). Dean was also there to make sure everything we needed was met.

Was there for a week and could not have picked a better place to stay. From the time we arrived and until the time we left it was like being at a resort where "everyone knows your name". I appreciate that the owners are close by but never intrusive, only checking on us periodically to see if there is anything they can do to make us feel comfortable. We took advantage of having them pick up some supplies for us as I knew we would be tired and hungry after traveling. Clean drinking water always available at the house, AC worked great and the kitchen is fully stocked. GET THE CINNAMON BREAD to make French toast in the morning, so good, like eating a Cinnabon. The maintenance person Jose kept the beach clean for us as there was quite a bit of kelp due to storms recently. We rented a car and took the scenic route from the Airport and was about 2.5 hours and then going back, did the Coastal Highway which was easy, about 2 hours. Having a car was nice when driving around the town. The excursions we did Snorkeling, Horseback riding, Ziplining, Cave Tubing were all fabulous. We also had a local person cook us dinner, and Shelly was amazing! We loved the lobster tails and BBQ chicken and they cook and cleaned up for us. Well worth it! We will be back as Belize is wonderful and such nice people at all the restaurants, ice cream shops and local stores that we went to. Most of all the owners Mark and Sabrina are wonderful, and Dean has your drinks ready when you are!

We were met in the driveway by our gracious hosts and given a full tour of the property and house. Fresh fruit on the table, AC cranked, beach lapping on the shore outside. MmmmmmI caught fish off the dock, jammed at the beach bar with local talent WA-WA, and sipped the evenings away. Mark and neighbor Dean were very helpful with info and directions and arrangements and anything else we needed. Wonderful time. Rent a golf cart and cruise to local bars. Watch out for the speed bumps! Thank you Mark and Sabrina and Dean.

Wonder Experience for the whole family

Every part of our stay was wonderful. We all plan on return. Mark, Sabrina and Dean made sure we had every we needed to focus on relaxation and exploring. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have beautiful scenery, privacy, and convenience. Excursions are must!! Shout out to Meds and Jeff for helping us make epic fishing memories.

Mark and Sabrina are generous hosts that provide a clean and well kept home. They have quick communication for any questions prior to arrival. Dean has many recommendations for excursions and local places for food and fun. The dock, swings and private bar creates many memories for our vacation!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time at the Villa Rising Sun! There were 7 of us staying. The Villa is clean, spacious and comfortable. Mark, Sabrina, Dean and Blaine were all terrifically kind, helpful and hospitable. They helped us organize the best adventures and food, including flagging down the local bread and veggie vendors and arranging delivery of a fabulous birthday cake. We all really loved swimming at the dock and hanging out at the beach bar. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Villa crew!

Best time ever! Book now!

My family decided on Belize for our vacation and we wanted to pick something epic as our oldest daughter was about to go away to college in the fall. Villa Rising Sun was AMAZING and Dean did an spectacula job ensuring that our time in Belize was as special as possible. Mark and Sabrina were also great as they went shopping for us ahead of time and were checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We booked almost everything that we could from a service and adventure perspective and took the recommendations of locals and the hosts. Shelley came into the villa and cooked for us 3 different nights and her food was amazing and she was born to cook :-) We also booked a golf cart for the week which I highly recommend because the stores and restaurants in town are great. We recommend Driftwood, Nice Cream, and the Italian place (name?) as they all had great food and service (be patient as food comes out on its own time). With regard to adventures we highly recommend the cook your catch and the waterfall adventure. Cook your catch was our favorite and we tried to book it a second time because we had so much fun. The coral reef on cook your catch and Bread and Butter Island were the highlights of the trip. We also did the monkey tour which was cool as we saw monkeys, crocodiles, and lots of other wildlife. In short, all of the services and adventures were fantastic! I am out of characters- so in summary, the dock, outside bar, and hosts at villa made the trip :-)

Simply Amazing

Our week stay at Villa Rising Sun was perfect for our family of five. Our two kids shared a room and my sister had her own room set off towards the back of the house. The Villa Rising Sun team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The home and grounds were clean and well cared for. I loved that cleaners were brought in midway through our week stay. An itinerary with our planned excursions and meal suggestions was provided by the management team. This along with the Villa Rising Sun guest website recommendations made it easier to choose restaurants and activities. We enjoyed most of our time outside at the bar watching the kids play in the ocean. The bar is equipped with an ice maker, wash sink, Bluetooth speaker system, and more. We enjoyed watching the marine life, including two manatees, off the well lite dock at night. We let the management team know what type of excursions we were looking at and they helped us coordinate them. It was so nice to be picked up and dropped off at the Villa for both of our excursions. The golf cart we rented for a day was also dropped to our door and pick up the next day. We look forward to returning one day!

Warm and Wonderful

Our days at Villa Rising Sun were truly restful, magical and fun. Mark, Sabrina and Dean made themselves available to answer questions, make suggestions and provide information about the community, sharing their passion and love for their adopted home. The accommodations are spacious and clean with plenty of room for large groups (our party of six consisted of one couple, two mothers/mothers-in-laws, and two friends), with ample space for a variety of interests and activities. The Caribbean Sea is in the backyard, offering around-the-clock access to swimming, floating, or just listening to the waves wash ashore. We all hope to return very soon and will recommend VRS to our families and friends.

Great Stay!

We were a very last minute booking and Mark, Sabrina and Dean bent over backwards to make our stay easy, fun and comfortable. They are around when you need them but not at all overbearing. The house is super clean and comfortable with everything you need and more. We rented golf carts (arranged by dean and delivered within minutes) and it was so fun to cruise around. All of the tours they arranged were fabulous. Hopkins and Sitter River are so great. We’ll be back!

After staying at Villa Rising Sun in 2021, we did not bother looking at other properties when booking our stay in Hopkins in 2024 -- it was just as perfect the second time around. There is no room for improvement -- the interior of the property is amazing, the outdoor tiki bar and beach area is a spectacular space for partying, relaxing, and enjoying the beach and the views. The hosts are wonderful -- they go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is perfect. Perfect suggestions for excursions and dining. Can't say enough good things about Villa Rising Sun -- except that we will book it again when we return to Hopkins.

Great stay!

Such a great stay! Dean and Mark are very knowledgeable about the area and have great recommendations on things to do and places to go. They also set up our excursions and airport transports for us, so everything was so easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

Paradise!

This property was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The private bar outside was where we spent the majority of our time because it was absolutely perfect! The hosts were great. I couldn't have asked for a better way to start our Belize vacation. We will 100% be back to Hopkins and this Villa.

Don't look further, book this location before someone else does

This is an incredibly spacious location, directly on the beach, full of extra amenities. Our family of five stayed and thoroughly enjoyed Villa Rising Sun. Outdoors you're directly on the beach. The family enjoyed the swinging and fishing on the dock. You can wade into the water for a good distance and there is marine life to enjoy snorkeling. The outdoor bar location is a unique feature which we used consistently whether it be for socializing, outdoor eating, a quick drink or shade. They also provide beach loungers, chairs and towels for your use. Inside you have a kitchen which is fully stocked with every cooking or baking need you might have. There is also a barbecue available to grill any fresh catch. The bedrooms are spacious with loads of drawer and closet space. Bathrooms are well stocked with toiletries and extra towels. The team managing Villa Rising Sun is phenomenal. Communication occurs early as they proactively reach out to help you plan your trip - excursions, transportation, food, etc. This communication also includes a letter of information to know about Hopkins, weather, packing recommendations. I found this extremely helpful. They remain in constant communication throughout your stay ensuring you have everything you need or to provide any recommendations if you ask. This villa is a gem. We absolutely plan to return and stay here again.

Amazing vacation

Mark, Sabrina, and Dean are amazing hosts. We came as strangers and left as friends! They were extremely helpful and made our family vacation so comfortable and memorable! We will be back and will only stay with them! Their home has everything you could ask for and is beautiful! They were full of wonderful tips and suggestions. We loved our stay at the Villa Rising Sun!

The property was gorgeous! It is well equipped, great beds, pillows, and linens. The ocean side cabana is beautiful. Dean was a great asset in helping us organize our golf cart, tours and recommendations for restaurants. Mark and Sabrina were great hosts always checking in to see if we needed anything. A place we highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation

Villa Rising Sun was a beautiful beachside vacation spot for our family (three teenage boys and a girlfriend) Communication by the the owners, Mark and Sabrina, and property manager, Dean was nothing less than excellent. Since nobody stayed at the property on the previous day, they contacted us to invite us for an early check-in. They all greeted us warmly upon our arrival, with help with our luggage and a tour of the beautiful property. They were all extremely attentive to any need that arose, without being at all intrusive. Dean provided excellent concierge services, not only with excursions, but also with any local restaurant recommendations. The excursions (zip line, rafting, and fishing) and services (spa and chef) that they recommended were all terrific! Overall, it was an amazing stay and we hope to return again soon!
