  • Coconut Row er et helt nytt 3 soverom 2 bad hus ligger 1 km sør for nydelig Hope Town, Abaco Bahamas. Huset ble bygd av en av Abacos beste byggere; Andrew Russell Construction. Utrolig finish arbeid og oppmerksomhet p�� detaljer.

    Dette vakre huset ligger 5 'over bakken, i et skr��nende forhøyet område, og tilbyr en veranda for å nyte havbrisen. Interiøret er smakfullt innredet med skipsvollvegger, porselenfliser og et åpent konsept kjøkken og stue. Hovedsoverommet ligger nede og har en romslig queen size-seng, på bad og skap. 2 ekstra soverom er ovenpå, ett med en queen size seng og den andre med en Full-Over-Full størrelse køyeseng med en ekstra twin trille trekke ut. De deler et oppe bad, med en dobbel forfengelighet og walk-in dusj. Hele huset har sentral air condition, splitter nye apparater og en backup generator.

    Dette nybygde hjemmet ligger på et vakkert stykke eiendom, som ligger like utenfor havet. Mindre enn 2 minutters gange til stranden og den pittoreske strandrestauranten og baren, On Da Beach. En matbutikk (LVA dagligvarehandel) ligger beleilig til mindre enn 1/4 av en mil unna. Den historiske bygningen av Hope Town er en 5 minutters golfcart / sykkeltur.

    Privat brygge, som ligger i byen like nord for Cap'n Jacks bak Iggy Biggy Boutique, er inkludert i leieprisen, begrenset av hyllebredde på litt mindre enn 10 '.

Coconut Row has worked perfect for us whether it is just me and my husband or traveling with our grown kids and friends. It is such a cute cottage but also well built, clean, well equipped and the generator always works. We have only needed to contact the property management once and they were very helpful and quick to respond. The location is outstanding- right next to On da Beach and LVA grocery- and a quick ride to town. This house is a gem- highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire process, from check in to check out was great. The house is clean and new. The location is one street off the beach. We rented a boat from barefoot rentals for the week and a golf cart from hopetown rentals. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The area restaurants were open south of hopetown. Everything in town is still recovering from the ’ll get there. A lot of progress has been made. Coconut Row is great and will be better when they fix the generator.

This is our favorite ’s beyond comfortable, the kitchen is perfect and well stocked for any meal! To sit on the front porch and listen to the waves was so relaxing and we cannot wait to come back. You will love everything about this cottage...don’t hesitate!

Adorable & welcoming beach house

Great house overall. TV's were not hooked up, but that really didn't matter to us as we wouldn't have used them for more than half an hour anyway. Other than that, we don't have a single complaint about the house and absolutely loved the design and thought put into it. We would absolutely stay here again. If you stay in this location, a golf cart is really necessary as it's in the middle of the island between downtown and the resorts/beaches to the south. You can ride bikes instead, but with the hills, that's probably only recommended for people who are relatively in shape. Thanks for a great stay. We are looking forward to returning!
