Stunning ocean front condo with sandy beach access

E Komo Mai “welcome” to Hale Mahina A103! This is a ground floor, one bedroom, one-bathroom condo that does not have A/C. The master bedroom features a new Tempur-Pedic Queen bed. It's the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day in the sun. The entire unit boasts new, beautiful floors with an open layout, a brand new 65" Flat Screen and features a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Enjoy direct oceanfront views, not only from the large spacious lanai, but also from the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Preparing meals will be a pleasure in the pristine kitchen with beautiful new cabinets and full size appliances. The bathroom features a large walk in shower and is equipped with a new washer and dryer for added convenience.

It has been fully renovated with high-end Italian porcelain tile and an onyx sink. Enjoy fresh paint, new floors and baseboards throughout as well as tastefully updated furniture.

Hale Mahina has amazing beach access and it is the perfect environment for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, sunsets and spotting sea turtles!!! In the winter months, experience the amazing views of mother whales breaching with their newborn calves directly from the resort.

Located between Ka'anapali and Kapalua in West Maui - a quaint secluded condominium complex with lushly landscaped grounds featuring palm trees, hibiscus, plumeria and orchids for guests to enjoy. Just steps from the condo, enjoy world class snorkeling or stroll the beach, known for attracting turtles. Refresh in the oceanfront pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, BBQ outdoors, or lounge under the swaying palm trees on the well-manicured oceanfront lawn. Place was fantastic, we would certainly come again. Nice beach right out font with daily turtle visits. Whales were very active in the distance. As it was late January, we didn’t need AC, which was not available in this unit anyway. The louvered window design of many of these older beach front condo’s can make it a bit noisy at bedtime on the parking lot side of the building where the bedroom is located. But it was not a show stopper by any means.

I've stayed there before, fabulous location, ground floor, steps to the beach. Since there were 3 adults, one person used the hideabed couch. Desperately needs to be replaced, slipcovers were a pain to deal with every day. A little over-decorated in the living area, every place you might want to set something already had a fake plant, shells, etc. Even the dining table had a GIANT centerpiece, so eating there was difficult. Other than that, it was wonderful, clean, had everything we needed.

Amazing stay

Wow, what a gem. The view from the porch, walking distance to the beach, turtles on the beach, whale’s galore, location, quiet, condo very clean, great to have the kitchen, washer and dryer. The only thing that wasn’t top notch was the couch bed. It made a lot of noise whenever you moved, enough to wake you up. Our family would definitely go back.

Great little condo

This was a great place to stay. Great location, safe neighborhood. The little beach at this complex has turtles come ashore each afternoon. We even had a monk seal during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and quiet

This was a perfect beachfront condo. I woke to the Maui waves right outside the patio. Other condo guests were nice and quiet. Plenty of beach gear that you can use free of charge. The only thing is that the water off this beach is rocky. I liked it but lots of places in same area with calmer waters. Interesting how Maui has crazy waters and then calm one neighborhood to the next.

Perfection!!!

Stayed here with my spouse for our honeymoon. It is exactly as advertised in the pictures with turtles on the beach! Communication from my perfect stays was amazing in helping us book all the adventures we wanted to do while on island. We had no need for extra communication but they were great in letting us know how if needed. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Great location and views!

I would definitely stay here again. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was hanging out on the lounge chairs having our morning coffee enjoying the view and meeting other people staying there. Ocean access for snorkeling too.

Beautiful place to stay

It was a great condo to stay in! The view from the lanai was beautiful it was our favorite to sit and drink coffee or have lunch and watch the boats in the distance and listen to the waves. We had lots of fun snorkeling right off the beach where the condo is. We preferred the snorkeling here compared to other areas we traveled to nearby. We saw many fish, 2 eagle rays, eels and turtles. The unit itself is nicely decorated and comfortable. It does get a bit warm at night but fans are available in the bedroom along with a ceiling fan. There are beach chairs, beach bag, I think I also saw a snorkel mask available as well as sand toys for kids. The kitchen was stocked nicely with plenty of dishes, cookware, aluminum foil, spices etc. you’d need for your stay. The washer and dryer were definitely a bonus. The living area is very cozy and comfortable to sit and look outside. There are also plenty of bath towels and a set of beach towels available. One thing I would suggest is supplying the guests with a set of a dark towels aside from the small black make up towels for people who may use self tanner and don’t want to ruin the white towels. You can hear other guests at night walking by or talking right outside as the unit door and bedroom are near the elevators but it didn’t really bother us much at all as it was mostly quiet by 8-9pm and through the night so not a dealbreaker but something some may want to know. It was a great location close to a park, coffee shop and a short drive to a grocery store and food truck park. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook this unit again. Can’t wait to return.

Perfect low-key getaway

We really enjoyed our trip to Hale Mahina! The condo is as advertised and the outdoor amenities made for a relaxing stay. We loved snorkeling right off the beach, lounging by the pool and grilling while watching the sunset. Property management was attentive even though nothing came up during our stay. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property - it is exactly as pictured! The outside areas were very nice too - pool and lounging areas are just right. Wait a minute, I better mention that the waters right in front of the condo is turtle central! While smirking, we counted 11 in one spot. The property managers were very attentive and communicated well with us. They were super quick to fix a slow drain when the shower drain stopped up. I would highly recommend this great little condo!

Perfect stay!!

Our stay here was so relaxing. We needed more blankets and received them within hours of our request. We got to watch the sunset every night and the turtles came in every night to sleep on the sand right in front of the condo. Highly recommend!!
