No Hidden Resort Fees!

Unlike most resorts, Papakea doesn’t charge daily resort fees - the price you see is the total price you pay.





Please Note:

1) We also have a studio F207 in the same building - ideal for accommodating extended family or friends.



2) We switched to self managing both properties in June 2025. Although our previous reviews didn’t transfer, we’ve been welcoming satisfied guests to both of our properties since 2020.





—PROPERTY UPDATE—

PLUMBING IMPROVEMENTS AT PAPAKEA RESORT:

We’re excited to share that Papakea Resort is enhancing the property with updated plumbing throughout the resort. While some light construction activity may occasionally be heard outdoors, we have wonderful news: Construction is complete on buildings A through J. These updated building areas offer a peaceful experience with easy access to all resort amenities. Work on building K will begin at the end of December, 2025.



Details:

1) Work typically takes place from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.

2) Crew members may arrive for quiet setup as early as 7am.

3) Any louder activities are scheduled to begin after 10am to respect morning relaxation.

4) The overall project is expected to wrap up around June 2026, and we’ve adjusted our rates during this period as a way of saying thank you for your understanding.
