The room had wear and tear not expected in this price class. The lobby Monkey bar served a very tough beef steak. Very friendly service.

The hotel where nice but very small rooms. Quiet area but a little walk for places to get some good food.

Pretty good hotel but a bit further away (20 mins walk) from any shops or restaurants. View from our room was stunning! Loved that there was a restaurant for breakfast. Room was adequate size for two. However, no safe. Overall, a good experience.

Lovely stay. The hotel is located in the center of Hanoi. The breakfast was great, all staff at the restaurant made their best to serve us. Definitely recommend it

Very nice hotel, very nice rooms. Gym is very small, just 2-3 machines and a few dumbbells. Open 24/7 though, which is great. For public transportation you’ll have to walk a bit, but no more than 6-7 minutes.

Ok for a night but not more. The sheets had stains and there were mold in the shower. There were stains on the window that didn’t got cleaned up for my whole 7 night visit. Only good think was that I didn’t had to pay deposit and that there were two free bottles of water each day.
