Have become too old
This hotel is too old inside. The rooms are with old floor carpet, - and no good air con. also no GS standard for plug in euoropean equipment, whaich are standard on most HK hotels now. Too high prices in the bar, compared with streets bars.

Good location. Bus stops and subway are close by. Convenient store right across. The cleaning lady was very friendly and polite. Old hotel but maintain the property pretty well. The standard room was pretty roomy and comfortable. High floor but the sea view is only on the side.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, easy access to buses and the mtr (subway) system. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, they made sure we had everything we needed as we were traveling with an infant. We stayed in the queen suite room. The living room and bedroom were both great sizes. The room was clean and modern. We also had breakfast included. The buffet was very good. There were a lot of choices and a fresh made egg station. Overall great stay.

Atendimento muito bom, academia ótima, café da manhã com opçao oriental e ocidental. O atendente do check in ainda salvou minha vida, pois cheguei de madrugada, e o táxi la não aceita cartão, só dinheiro. Só faltou retirar a cortina do banheiro e colocar vidro.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden. Es entspricht nicht dem Standard den Novotel sonst hat. Teilweise sprechen die Angestellten kaum englisch. Insgesamt klar überteuert.

Good location and comfortable rooms with good breakfast selections. Plenty of restaurants nearby and very accessible with public transportation. A large computer product complex within 7-10 minutes walk.

The hotel is actually good for the price. But: - the mattresses are so worn (they slope towards the center), that we slept really bad and had back aches during our entire stay - the rooms are so poorly soundproofed, so you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the hallway/room next door (the squeaking of the carts for house keeping, knocks on other rooms’ doors, and we heard lots of loud banging). Also, the pool was closed when we got there. That needs to be clearly indicated beforehand, cause we chose this hotel in part because of the pool. So, even though the hotel offers very good ‘bang for your buck’, I wouldn’t wanna stay there again next time.

Great, as one would expect for a 4* hotel. Sensational breakfast, highly recommend. Great check out time of 12 instead of 10 or 11. Toilet clogged 8 times but they promptly fixed it each time, Hmmmm. Wish my bed was a tad softer! Great location - 10min walk to ferry, 20HKD for 4 pax & a quick 10 min ride. Also great 2 min walk to catch Airport bus A11. 42HKD Adult. 22 HKD Child, then relax for an hr, heaps of luggage room. U must be crazy to take 400HKD taxi. Great cheap restaurants & shopping close by. A good place. Cheers
