Superb, but extra charge for wi-fi?!!!
Very good hotel. It is however very annoying they charge extra for wi-fi in 2014 in this class of hotel.

The Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong was a wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms and views and truly exceptionally helpful staff. They went out of their way to assist us.

It’s a real 5-star experience throughout from the moment you check in, being greeted by the staff and offered the welcome drink. The room is beautiful with a great view of Central Pier and the Ferris Wheel. The staff is very attentive, courteous, professional and beyond your expectation!

Fomos muito bem recebidos no Mandarim HK, impecável atendimento na recepção, no cafe da manha, hotel ainda que tenha uma certa idade, esta super bem cuidado, mantido. O SPA tem de ser utilizado para massagens, atendimento impecável, massagem recebida revigorante.

Great for family, business and a must stop in HK
It is one of the best places to stay, hands down. From the staff, the view, the location, the silver mug beer @ Capitans, you can’t really say you’ve been to HK if you have not been / stayed at the Mandarin.

This is one of the best hotels in the world that I've stayed in. I reserved a junior suite which, unlike most hotels, was actually a suite and not just a larger room. The executive lounge was also excellent.

Absolutely amazing! Staff from the lobby, the MO Grill+ bar and club lounge were nothing but excellent! Special shout out to Arcmund Man, lounge manager Coco Chey and Aidi for making us feel at home. Service was prompt , discreet and human. Looking forward to our next visit
