Nice Hotel in a Perfect location for my purpose, visiting customers in HK. Close to Wan Chai metro station. Swimming pool, Restaurants, Gym in hotel. Recommended!

Highly recommend the hotel
Great hotel with a beautiful and spacious room. Quiet although the hotel has a great location close to shops, restaurant and Transportation. A visit to the hotel’s Skybar is a must. Very clean hotel and service minded Staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Funky and cool hotel in great spot!
We only stayed for one night during our 2 day visit to Hong Kong. The hotel was recommended to us by a family friend, partly because of its very cool pool roof terrace. We were very dissappointed to discover that the terrace and pool were closed for renovation during our stay.. The room was very modern and comfortable, with all amenities we could ask for. The only downside is the bizzare layout of bathroom, which is open and in the room along with bed and TV area. The toilet is a classed cubicle right next to the bed and the toilet door doesnt even come all the way up to the ceiling so there is very little privacy!! I cannot imagine one person who would think this is a good idea, who knows what they were thinking during design and building.. Hotel is otherwise very cool and funky, and in a very central spot to shopping, metro and restaurants. Staff were super helpful and service minded, but remember that tipping is expected.

Good hotel but not great
The hotel was nice location right next door to Wanchai market. The service staff is nice. The front desk needs to be a little bit more training on customer service.

Lovely stay in Wan Chai
Concierge check in and out was seamless. Rooms were spacious for Hong Kong standards and shower area was fantastic with good water power. The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us find our way to the airport given that there was the Hong Kong Marathon on the day of check out and we couldn’t take a taxi. Pillows could have been firmer though. Really enjoyed our stay here. Location was fantastic as well- easy access to MTR station and chic neighbourhood to be in. Overall will choose this hotel again if I come back to Hong Kong.

I travelled with wheelchair parent and Indigo was a great choice. Room size is big for Hong Kong standard and staff service is beyond excellent. Less than 5 min walk to MTR station and there’s lift access for disable person. I’ll definitely coming back again and stay at Indigo.

Great location, clean and comfy
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo in Wan Chai. It was close to everything and we had no problems catching a taxi when we went out. Our room was quiet and comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good hot water and pressure. We went to the bar upstairs and enjoyed cocktails. The staff was very professional and helpful. We would stay at this hotel again when we visit HK.
