Overall, ok compared to other nearby properties. Coffee shop closed mid afternoon and hotel didn’t have the most welcoming attitude

convenient M R T, buses and bus to air port, many cafe fast food and restaurants, quiet, all employees are friendly,. did not like to see some peoples no clothes with tattoo, one employee can not handle my storage luggage

This hotel is exceptionally convenient with direct transportation to airport and other sceneries. Staff are polite and friendly. The hotel is clean and food in the restaurant is tasteful.

多次入住此酒店，最差的体验是这次，花洒头挂件又坏了没修，整个房间只有一张椅子，没有舒服坐下的地方，電插座只有一个在书枱边，另一个在床尾的墙上，烧开水时又不能冲电，非常不方便，一句话就是坏印象。

The staff are very helpful and cheerful. Stayed here many times in recent years. However, the basic facilities appears not to be standard across all rooms. This February stay, I was assigned a room with no USB plug-in facility provided as in my previous stays! A USB plug was provided after I contacted front desk.

The hotel is a bit older. However chose to stay at this location again (and again) due to its location. Staffs are friendly.

The TV lost connection several times. The cabinet above the stove is terrible. No bath tub as it was described in the room details. Facilities are a bit disappointing as a 4 stars hotel. Nice view tho.
