We enjoyed our two night stay. The family room was perfect for two adults and a child to stay comfortably. The breakfast was simple but delicious! Convenience walking distance to MTR and other malls and shopping areas.

Great hotel, friendly & polite staff, very attentive housekeeping. Very clean & modern. Breakfast options for tourists perhaps a bit limited if you don’t like a cooked breakfast. Very conveniently located for central Causeway Bay, the MTR & tram. We would certainly stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel before the pandemic, and I gave it a 4 to 5 stars review back then. After 5 years, I came back to this same hotel but feel very disappointed! Obviously, the room is lack of maintenance: cracks on wall, molds appear on the ceiling, vacuum was not done thoroughly! No central heating, and smells of grease when central air is off! Crown Plaza, what had happened??

Great hotel in the perfect place
Great location near a busy shoping area. A metro station is 15 minutes walking. The hotel service is good, the rooms are comfortable, the beds are amazing, the bathrooms are among the best. Breakfast is really good. The coffee can be improved.

Week in Causeway Bay
Excellent location for getting around, eateries. Rooms are spacious, clean, sound proof. Cannot control temperature so our room was warm but connecting room was freezing cold. Management took care of it in a timely manner, brought in a space heater, extra blankets and lots of apologies. Overall a very comfortable stay. Would recommend.

Staff friendly and professional.
Staff are friendly, efficient and professional. Rooms are little dated tho, the drain in the washing basin is clotted as well as the flush in the toilet too weak. Location is good.

Lovely hotel in good location with bus stops outside . Very quiet only disappointment was one bedside table for a triple room so no where for one person to put small items, mobile etc .

Quite an unpleasant stay this time.
We like the location and general condition of the hotel and have stayed there several times. We stayed in a room on high floor facing the Racecourse. The breakfast and room service staff were very good and helpful. Reception staff were efficient but not welcoming. We didn't have a good stay this time as the heavy glass writing table in the room collapsed upon touching it. Luckily, it fell away from me and did not get hurt. We were moved to another room. The carpet smells musty. At our request they came to deodorize it. The in-room safe was defective and at our request it was fixed, Next the toilet flushing water smell as if it came from some smelly drain. At our request they came to "fixed" it, but the smell came back the next day. We were there for 4 nights and have to endure the stench each time we go to the bathroom as there seems nothing can be done about the smell. The management wrote an apologetic note and left it in the room, but there was no follow up.

Good hotel and location
Great hotel and excellent facilities, location and staff. The only issue was the whole hotel was just so cold and no way to adjust (according to staff). Had to request a heater for the room as unable to change room temperature with the room A/C.

Very good location
Easy access to transportation. We had booked a room for 2 adults/2kids and they were expecting us to sleep in a king bed and a twin bed. This meant a kid would have to sleep with us. I don’t think so. First agent told us she would get a room with 2 queen size beds room. We go back later and a different agent gives us 1 king bed/1 twin and I had to be firm and they ended up offering to bring an extra cot for free. The room was clean and confortable.

The property is clean and the bathroom very nice. The area is full of place to eat nearby. We booked their family room for 4 people ( two adults and two kids). We ended up with a king bed and a single bed. One of my kids had to sleep with us ( 7 yers old). I would have expected to have a bed brought to the room but there was no space. This was the smallest room we stayed in hong Kong. No views whatsoever either. Staff was very friendly and better than our previous HG hotel.

just one insident, my husband looking for a comfort room when we arrived at the hotel because he can not contain it anymore. but your staff instead told him to pee in his room. he is 67 years old hope you ask your staff to be mindful of those person with incontinence problem. thank you
