Litt slitne rom.
Bestilte City View, fikk ett fjell i fjeset. Vi var tre (to voksne og en tenåring) fikk to queen size senger. Klaget neste morgen. De ordnet raskt nytt rom. Ellers ett flott hotell med meget god service.

Excellent located in the heart of HK island
we arrived early in the morning with a flight from Oslo and they managed to get us a room long before the estimated checkin time....in the meantime we relaxed at their pool area. very helpful staff and perfectly located on top of Pacific place (shopping mall), with walking distance to Central (or 3 stops on the tram)

Luksus og service så du føler deg royal!
Svært flott hotell med alle severdigheter! Pikkoloen tar deg imot bagasjen og bærer den opp. Da vi fortalte at vi var slitne etter en lang dag, tilbøy han å henge opp skjorter og bukser!! Føltes ut som man ble båret på silkeputer gjennom hotellet. Uansett hva du ønsker, så ordner de det. Skal man trekke fram noe negativt, var det da en gjest mistet en tallerken på gulvet under frokosten. En av kokkene ble stående å tørke opp. Sett fra et hygienisk perspektiv er dette ikke bra. Frokosten var også forøvrig ellers helt fantastisk.

The Conrad Hong Kong has always been a top notch choice for accommodations in Hong Kong. Access to the mall is the easiest amongst all the hotels connected to Pacific Place. Breakfast buffet choices were superb. Check in was a breeze, and the staff were all very accommodating and helpful. Price was very reasonable as well! Really happy to have stayed at Conrad for this trip!

Too expensive....no breakfast...no lounge access...better offers from other hotels..the 8th lunch is totally disappointing...charging 1000 HK dollars per head is rediculous..we had been there before..but this year is not worth for money ..food no good and little choice...no wonder not many customer..what a pity...

流石のサービスレベルです。
部屋はそこまで広くないですがセンス良く、バスルーム(バスタブに加えてシャワールームもあり)やトイレは大変快適です。 備え付けのシャンプー等も良いですし、バスローブも使い心地が良いです。 ベッドが高いので、小さいお子さんがいる方は注意してください。 ウェルカムドリンク&プレートも楽しませていただきました。 チェックアウト時(10時頃)は朝食の時間と重なったためかエレベーターを何台見送っても乗ることができませんでした。 ホテル側に電話連絡したところ、空のエレベーターを用意してくれ、その後予定を入れていたレストランまでの車も用意してくれました。 この一件で、また宿泊したくなりました。

I've stayed at the Conrad many times and this time stayed a week. The building / decor are becoming slightly dated, and the pool was out of use. However the staff were, without exception, unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts were good. It is not the flashiest hotel in HK, and I could frankly do without the Pacific Place "retail experience", but the Conrad is reliably comfortable and has employees who will go the extra mile, so gets another thumbs up from me.
