✔️ The house enjoys a beautiful outdoor setting facing the estuary, ideal for relaxation and peaceful moments.

You will enjoy a private terrace located close to the house, thoughtfully furnished with an outdoor lounge, a large dining table and a convivial brazier for cozy evenings outdoors. These facilities are exclusively reserved for guests staying in the house.

The remaining outdoor areas of the property are shared and open. The terrace attached to the neighboring house and its equipment are private and reserved for the other accommodation.

Here, the calm atmosphere, sea views and natural surroundings encourage rest and relaxation. To preserve this peaceful environment, we kindly ask guests to respect the neighborhood and surrounding spaces.

The property is open and some boundaries are not marked by fences. All outdoor spaces immediately surrounding the house, including the gravel terrace below, are accessible to guests. However, the gardens, lawns and apple trees located further down toward the sea belong to a neighboring private property and are not accessible. We kindly ask guests to naturally respect these boundaries and the privacy of neighboring properties.

To preserve the peaceful spirit of the house and respect the neighborhood, parties, loud music and excessive noise are not suitable here, even during daytime. After 10:00 PM, we kindly ask guests to keep outdoor areas especially quiet.
