«I had a wonderful view of the ocean and Alii drive. The room had almost everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee maker, small appliances, and cleaning products. Plenty of towels (bath, pool, kitchen). I didn’t use the tv, but I did use the WiFi which worked just fine. The bed and chairs in the unit were comfortable and there was a small dresser to hang clothes (including hangars). I used the AC and it cooled the space quickly. I used the laundry facilities. ...

«On July 21 we arrived the Kailua-Kona just after 4 PM and discovered we had the dates wrong when we opened the door and it was not clean. We immediately closed the door and we then contacted the owner to see if it was possible to get it cleaned and pay for that night.
