A family trip to Tahoe
This home was perfect for our family retreat with two couples. It would have been equally comfortable with a third couple with the three bedroom/three bath layout. It was exactly as we had hoped being located lakeside with a gas barbecue, chairs and a firepit. The property management company was helpful and attentive as we had a couple minor issues with little black ants a few minor maintenance items. The property is directly across from Homewood Ski Resort. We visited during the shoulder season in May so it was a very quiet time on the lake. We had one sunny day and one snowy day so we had equal opportunity to enjoy the outdoor amenities as well as the gas fireplace in the living area. Our parents are older so they opted to stay in the lower bedroom instead of sleeping upstairs in the primary bedroom (which still requires going up three steps). The upstairs bedrooms each have balconies. The primary faces the lake and it is lovely. Beds were comfy and we had a great time!

Amazing Location For Winter
Location of this property is amazing. It is right on the lake and has a private shared dock. This unit is the last one in the complex and is right next to a Cafe. Since everything was closed and we were the only renters in the complex, it felt so secluded, quiet and beautiful. We had 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. Although it has 3 total bedrooms, I think it was just the right size since living room area is not very big. House is maintained well and equipped with what you would need to cook etc. Overall a great experience.

Lake Tahoe stay
The property was clean and well stocked. Gorgeous view of the lake and mountain ranges. Location was very convenient. Property is showing some signs of aging and there were several light bulbs that need changing. Overall though I would stay there again and would definitely recommend it to others!!

Tahoe Summer Family Getaway
Loved the location and the amenities. Every evening sitting on the patio 30 feet from the water. Perfect for a family with smaller grandkids.

Brilliant
From start to finish, our stay was exceptional! The home is very well stocked and super comfortable. The location is outstanding, lake front and even has its own dock for lounging and boating. I highly recommend this home.

Loved our weekend here!
Checkin process was smooth and easy, great location right next to bike trail and west shore cafe. It wasn’t clear in the listing that it is a shared beachfront/lawn w other house and all lakefront is directly into boat parking, so not great to swim from. We still enjoyed looking at all the boats from the beach. We had a great weekend here!

Nice Place
Great house in a cluster of 3 properties together. New, clean and everything works great. Needed to provide more toiletries; not enough toilet paper, no tissues, no shampoo and no napkins.

Memorable Thanksgiving!
My family and I stayed at this gorgeous condo over the Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the location and views could not have been better. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and could only imagine how great it must be during the summer.

A beautiful place right on the water
I stayed here for a 3-day weekend with my girlfriend, and it was lovely. The house is located right on the water. We enjoyed sipping glasses of wine while sitting outside, just 50 feet from the water's edge. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and it would be a perfect size for 3 couples. The living room has a gas fireplace, and a great view of Lake Tahoe. The location is great too. We are both cyclists, and a long bike path extends in both directions from the house. I would definitely stay here again.
