It is located across the street in the best location! Minutes from Publix, CVS, Walgreens, across the street from Manatee Beach, shopping, Liquor Stores and great restaurants! The Fee includes cleaning and pool heat or AC. We have an electric 6P Bintelli Golf Cart that is included with bookings made after 8/4/23. It can be removed upon request before booking.

Upon arrival, you will see the gated fence which makes this property so exclusive. There is parking for 4 cars. The garage opens to an epoxy colored floor Air conditioned game room/man cave. It has Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Poker Chips and Texas Hold 'em card table, Darts and dart board. Its a favorite hang out for teens and dads! Also has a freezer and refrigerator with ice and drinkware. During a rainfall - gives great opportunities to unite, play multiple games and bond with the family!

Outside the back of the home is a beautiful tropical oasis with a heated pool and waterfall into the pool. There are many Resort style chaise lounges and chairs with 4" Thick padded cushions for maximum comfort. There is a Tiki Covered Pottery Barn Bar with 4 barstools and 2 Bluetooth music players that you can stream your music from.

There is also a fire pit with oversized padded luxury cushioned chairs, and Edison light bulbs streaming from end to end.

The outdoor dining table has seating for 10 with an oversized led lit cantilever umbrella with 2 Bluetooth speakers and a JBL Extreme Bluetooth music player. Dusk to dawn automatic solar lighting, linen table cloths, melamine tableware in the hutch inside the garage with plastic drink pitchers and wine glasses and highball glasses that are safe around the pool area.

The main level of the home is up a stairway outside that leads to a Terrace with comfortable seating for 6. Inside the home you witness a stunning chandelier with an Extended New Pottery Barn Dining Table with a cushioned long bench seat and 6 upright padded dining chairs. Seats 10 in Lush comfort. There is a matching hutch nearby with linen table cloths and dinnerware for your use. The kitchen is a few steps down which has additional seating for 3 more.
