Welcome to your Anna Maria Island vacation! You will enjoy your time at this beautiful three-bedroom condo located steps from sugar sand beaches as well as many dining, activity, and shopping opportunities.

Walk into a comfortable seating area in the living area with a large mounted SMART TV to enjoy. It opens to the fully equipped kitchen and a large snack bar area with seating for 5 right at the counter. The dining area has a large table that seats six with a lovely view of the screened-in lanai. Walk right out and enjoy al fresco meals on the table on this lanai.

The primary bedroom has a full en suite bath with a walk-in shower, a king bed with mounted TV, and a large walk-in closet. You can also enjoy the door out to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom, TV, and access to a small balcony. The full hall bathroom has a walk-in shower and access from both the hall and the second bedroom. The third bedroom has twin beds and also has access to the balcony.

You will really enjoy the beautiful private pool set in a tropical landscaped area by the condo that has room to enjoy your time outside. There is a large patio area with a charcoal grill.

When you are ready to venture out, it is only steps to the beautiful sands of Anna Maria. There are lots of amazing dining and shopping opportunities very close and a free Island trolley that will take you anywhere on the Island.

While we know you love your furry friends, this property is not pet friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer. *This pool used to have a water feature that is no longer available. This does not take away from the use and enjoyment of the pool. We just want to make sure you are aware that there is no water fountain feature.

Our Cancellation Policy: In order to protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER A CERTAIN DATE! FULL AND PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. Ask our office for details, or check your rental agreement.

2. Per City of Holmes Beach ordinances, this unit cannot exceed 6 occupants. This amount includes adults and children of all ages.

3. Per City of Holmes Beach ordinances, we are required to tell you the minimum stay requirement for this property is one week.

We had such a nice time in this place. Close to the beach and restaurants. The pool should of been cleaned after they blew the backyard. I think most of the leaves and things went in the pool. It did not get cleaned until the day we left. But otherwise it was such a great place and I would definitely stay there again. Beautiful home.

The home we stayed in was clean. It was nice to have a furnished screened in porch, but the balcony that was not screened in looked as though it needed a little repair. We paid the fee for the pool to be heated but we had to contact the host to have them come and turn the heat on, plus the picture of the pool for our unit was light blue but the true color of the pool is a very dark blue almost black. The air conditioning in the unit worked fine during the day but at night it would be warm upstairs. In the amenities listed on the site it said the unit had an elevator but there is not one in the unit we rented, be ready to climb steps. I would also plan on renting beach chairs and umbrellas. The umbrellas were fine until the wind started then turned inside out and broke.

Fabulous! Will stay again! Location was perfect with just steps to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, shelling items and more. Clean, great decor, layout worked great. Loved the lanai. Excellent location in middle of island. Easy super short drive to Bean Point & Coquino Beach. Responsive host! Garage parking. Nice balconies.

Short Walk to the Beach

Our week in Anna Maria was perfect! This townhome was the perfect size for our family of 4. Our son (5) and daughter (3) absolutely loved playing in the private pool and loved that they each had their own room. It had anything a family with toddlers would need to enjoy the week stress-free. The townhome is located near a bunch of different restaurants and a quick 2 minute walk to water! Would recommend to any family trying to enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation.

So close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Townhouse. It was VERY close to the beach and we even had an ocean view from the primary bedroom balcony. The house provided everything we needed for making meals, etc. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and beach toys were much appreciated as well. Previous guests commented on how clean the property was, but we unfortunately did not have the same experience. It was mainly the floors were not swept well and the guest shower was not thoroughly cleaned. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and we would stay here again.

Beautiful space

We loved our stay on Holmes Beach! The wagon, beach toys, chairs and umbrella were great to have. The pool was clean and warm. Loved the foosball table. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. King bed, queen bed and two twin beds. I stayed in the queen bed and wasn’t the most comfortable mattress but did the trick. No issues with the unit. Clean, comfortable, and great location just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful sandy beach.. not crowded. Just a couple minutes to the nearest trolley pick-up. Would love to stay again. Thank you!!

Super Property

Great property in a superb location. This house had everything we needed to complete our fabulous vacation on Anna Maria. Comfortable and spacious with great facilities. Short walk to the free bus stop and 10 to 15 minutes walk to a few great restaurants. Even better 2 minutes to the beach. Edward was easy to deal with and all entry instructions were clear and accurate. Highly recommended.

A wonderful place to stay

We just got back from our stay and it was a terrific week! Management was fantastic with their communication, even calling me to let me know we could get in early, which has never happened anywhere else ive stayed. You cant ask for a better location as its literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. There was a beach cart with 4 beach chairs that were in great condition, as well as a beach umbrella that also worked, making our beach time that much more enjoyable. Someone had left behind beach toys, and we added 2 buckets and 2 frisbees to the toy collection ourself when we left. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!!!

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for the five of us. The private pool was a huge plus not to mention the house is so close to everything on the island. Only took 3 minutes to walk to the beach and it's also on the trolley line so you don't even have to drive. We will definitely book this one again!!

Great condo, great location.

Our family of 4 (two young adult children) spent a great week in Holmes beach. Condo was spacious and we liked that each kid got their own room. Condo had everything we needed for spending time at the beach (chairs, wagon, umbrellas, etc—not guaranteed but I suspect have been left by prior guests) and pool as well as all the typical amenities at the condo. The beach is literally 100 yards away so was very convenient if we needed to take a break from the sun or grab a snack. Pool at condo was very nice. In retrospect we wouldn’t have paid to have it heated as we were there in early June and the water was a bit warmer than we liked. Due to local ordinances we were instructed not to use pool after 9pm which was a bit disappointing but most nights we were had other activities anyway. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Accommodation!

This place was perfect for our family of four: Close to the beach on the less busy stretch of Gulf, private pool, beach toys and towels, and the list goes on. We were able to get into the house just as expected and had a great week in Anna Maria Island! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay

This was a great unit for our family to enjoy a beach stay. Extremely close proximity to the beach. The pool area was great as well. We especially loved the fact that this unite was right on the free trolley loop! Thanks for a great stay.

Close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The proximity to the beach was the high point. We found the property to be very well equipped. Had we known in advance we could have left a lot of things at home. There were beach chairs, a wagon, pack n play, beach umbrellas, etc. The pool area is an oasis!

Beautiful property so close to the beautiful beach !!

Rented Gulf Breeze for a week with 5 girlfriends from high school. The property was the perfect set up for us. We loved that it was closer to the beach than the pictures seemed to show, easy to go and get more food, drinks or use the washroom! The beds (all of them) were very comfortable and washrooms great. Nice having a toilet/sink on main living floor also within the laundry room. Water dispenser/ice maker in the fridge which was a nice surprise...so don't pre-buy a bag of ice from Publix like we did! There was an automatic drip coffee maker (not a keurig as advertised) so we of course pre purchased the wrong coffee, but a keurig was delivered for future renters. There is plenty of seating at the large dining room table (chairs were so comfie) and kitchen counter along with living room, back deck, pool side. The outdoor dining set was not on back upper deck as pictured but down by pool side so that is something to consider if you want it off the kitchen or not? Would have loved a gas bbq instead of charcoal so we did not end up using the BBQ but many delicious places to eat so you will not starve! Sadly we had issues with the heating of the pool but were refunded the extra money paid for that. Edward was amazing to communicate with regarding any issues and he tried to rectify any situation in a timely manner. Things happen eh ? but when your complaints/issues are heard and responded to that is a bonus! I am sure he will not miss hearing from me....but I was communicating on behalf of 5 women so hope he understood that LOL As far as things you need for the beach, chairs and umbrellas ? there are no guarantees they will be there but we were lucky to have enough left behind for our visit...even a cooler. The only thing needed was a beach cart if you are a family with young ones. Again the place is so close to the beach you could make many trips back and forth. Would be great to be able to enter the backyard by the house but we knew in advance that we had to go down the stairs and out the front door and through the gate but it was not a deal breaker....just be careful you don't slip with your wet feet !! The have installed small non slip mats on stairs but of course I managed to hit the tile with wet feet and down I went. The sunsets are amazing ! The white sand is beautiful ! The property is nicely decorated with coastal accents you would want and it has comfort awaiting you in every room. Enjoy !

Location, location, location! So close to the beach! Neat, clean home, we enjoyed! One suggestion......install some lights in the pool area so it can be used at night.
