House was very clean upon arriv. Just a few blocks from the beach easy across the road access. But does have steps to carry beach belongings down to the beach. The beach was beautiful the whole time. Tide was wonderful. Celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary we had our whole family with us and all around us were puppy dogs in the rentals

Fantastic

This home was perfect for our large family. Spacious with lots of options for sitting on the deck. Clean with lots of accommodations. I highly recommend for anyone else looking for a vacation stay!

Surf City Visit

Had a wonderful stay at property. Ownerr was so generous to let us in a few hours early since we had driven all night. House had everything that you could need. Beds qere very comfy, and place was decorated very well !

Spacious house/view of the ocean

This location is about .25 of a mile walk to the beach, spacious 3 floors and can accommodate pets! Car port was definitely a tight fit on the sides, probably much better if you have a compact vehicle. We did not, haha. Great internet speeds, good for the kids and winding down at the end of a busy beach day. Definitely would stay again.

Check in was quick as the code was emailed a day or two before our arrival. Our overall experience was generally good, however the cleanliness of the kitchen was unacceptable. We paid a cleaning fee up front, yet had to clean every single dish in then entire place as the previous occupants put away every single dish DIRTY. There weren't just spots on the plates and pans, there was caked on food. Someone enjoyed scrambled eggs and put the pan back in the cabinet with the eggs still caked to the bottom. There was grease on the sheet pans and residue on the pots. The plates were put away dirty as was the silverware. It was absolutely disgusting. There is a leak in the Keurig as well, so water got everywhere the two times we tried to use it. I brought my dog and my own vacuum to ensure the place was clean when I left. I am due back a cleaning fee. The walk from the house to the beach wasn't that long; maybe 15 minutes. The location was one mile from the bridge and coffee shops/restaurants. There was parking for two vehicles comfortably, but you could fit a third if needed.

Loved it!

The home itself was beautiful. My family definitely enjoyed staying in this lovely home, but just be prepared to go up and down the stairs a lot since it is a 3 story home.
