Introducing our brand new hotel on Topsail Island, where luxury meets convenience and breathtaking views of the ocean await you. This 1st floor Pet Friendly luxury hybrid hotel suite with captivating ocean views and 700 sqft of modern well designed open living space is the perfect place to unwind and vacation. This suite has two luxuriously comfortable queen-size beds, a sparkling modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining area with table and chairs and a spacious living area with a queen size sleeper-sofa and club chairs. The 75 inch Smart HDTV with fiber optic cable service, high-speed WiFi, and full size washer and dryer allow you to discover the ultimate seaside escape with all the comforts of home.
When you arrive, your beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens. We provide you with all you need to start off a relaxing vacation right, including luxury bedding, bath towels, travel size shampoo/conditioner /bath soap, cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee maker and starter supply of k-cups and condiments, and a starter supply of dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
On the ground level we have a spacious covered outdoor guest common area with multiple areas of seating and games such as ping-pong, corn hole, and tiki/ring toss where you can gather with family, friends and other guests. We have 6 beach cruisers you can check out and ride during your stay at no cost and outdoor showers with hot and cold water to rinse off after the beach!

Located 250 feet from the beach access between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sounds of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Saltwater is the perfect place to stay on Topsail Island. Guests can walk or bike to the best waterfront dining and shopping on the Island, enjoy live music at a laid back beach bar, take a sunset boat tour, fish golf, or book an adventure to kayak, paddle-board, sail, or jet ski all within sight of this incredible property! Walk to the beach to boogie board, surf, build sandcastles, watch for dolphins or hunt for shells, or bike to get ice cream and head to Soundside Park to play or fish for crabs off the docks.
