This pet friendly newly renovated oceanfront property, previously known as Parlay and Dancing Dolphin, is located on the oceanfront side of the Channelbend neighborhood. A lot of time, sweat, and love has gone in to completely restoring this beautiful home and giving it all the updates it deserves!

This property has 4 remodeled bedrooms and 3 remodeled full bathrooms that will sleep 10 guests comfortably. The new master bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom with a sliding door to the deck to take in the ocean views and hear the waves crashing. An additional new king bedroom is across the hall and also gives views of the ocean. A 3rd bedroom with a new queen bed shares the full bathroom at the end of the hallway with the additional king room. The 4th bedroom is located downstairs and is perfect for kids or a small family. There is a new king bed along with a twin over full bunk to share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with brand new tv's, nightstands, and dressers. Each bed has new Tommy Bahama linens and are included in the pricing of the rental.

Upstairs you will find an entire wall full of windows and a huge sliding door so that the ocean view can be seen from every angle of the living room and kitchen. There is a brand new leather sofa and love seat along with a new accent chair to take in the view or watch a show on the new television.

The kitchen has been renovated with new appliances, new quartz countertops, new lighting, and 4 new barstools. There is a brand new table that has seating for 8 guests. There is a dual coffee maker, new pots and pans, and every item needed to make a gourmet meal while watching the waves crash on the beach.

There is a brand new 40 foot long deck with chairs to take in the sunrise over the ocean or enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day. A side stairway has been added so that the deck can be accessed without coming through the house. A new walkway to the ocean steps has a hose that is perfect for rinsing the sand off chairs and toys. There are 2 gates on the deck to keep young kids and pet safe from the stairs.

Across the street in the Channelbend neighborhood is a community dock that guests can enjoy for fishing and taking in a famous Surf City sunset.

We are a dog friendly home with small pet fee. Please make sure to include your dog in the pet section where you select the number of guests. We do not allow cats at all due to an allergy!
