The first floor of this reverse floorplan home features 3 of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms. From the top of the stairs, on your right, you will find the 1st bedroom. This Queen Suite offers a Queen sized bed, flat-screen smaaht TV, access to the top floor deck, and a private bath. The spacious bathroom is complete with a large tiled shower, and vanity sink. The next bedroom down the hall is perfect for those kids at heart. This room features an assortment of arcade games and a futon bed. The last bedroom on this floor features a Queen sized bed, flat-screen smaaht tv, and street-side views. These bedrooms have access to the full shared bath, which is located at the end of the hall. This bathroom features a shower-tub combo and double vanity sinks. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located behind the bifold doors in the hall.

Head upstairs to the top floor where you are greeted by the open living area. The living room features ample seating with multiple couches and a large flat-screen smaaht TV. Enjoy island views through the multiple windows that surround the room. Step outside onto the spacious top-floor deck to enjoy your morning coffee or soak up the sun all afternoon. When it's time to feed the crew head back inside and whip up amazing meals in the stunning well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy your family meals at the large dining room table, complete with 6 chairs. You will also find 4 additional bar stools located at the kitchen bar so everyone can eat together.
