The kitchen houses all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You’ll also find a full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry room just off this space. The first of four bedrooms is also located on this floor, featuring a king size bed, private bath and private, covered deck access on the street side of the property.

The remaining 3 bedrooms can be found upstairs, along with an additional sitting area with ocean views and covered deck access. The oceanfront bedroom features a king size bed, private bath, and access to the upper deck. The bunk room features 2 twin bunk beds, access to a Jack and Jill bathroom as well as access to the street side covered deck. The final bedroom houses a queen size bed, jack and Jill bath with additional in-room vanity counter and sink, and access to the street side upper deck. The sitting area includes a love seat and full size sleeper sofa.

The house is well appointed with hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV's and large walk in closets in all bedrooms, enclosed hot/cold beach shower and plenty of outdoor furniture. Ibiza is a duplex adjoining the property Mallorca, which can rented at the same time for large parties.

2 dogs, under 50lbs each, allowed with paid pet fee per dog.
