«Fantastic location right on the beach. They are still doing construction so there was a lot of extra walking. The place is huge so from the elevators to the beach is quite a walk. But we can't always use the extra exercise. We loved how the room was set up with the powder room being outside the bathroom. The carpet could have used cleaning but our host told us they were getting ready to refresh the room and put tile in. Their cleaning of the room wasn't the best. I saw dirt in the corners. The ...

«The view of ocean was excellent. Condo could use a little refresh Ref. Didn't really ever get cold freezer took m ost of week to freeze things. Also looks like pasta sauce spilt down side which is actually rust alittle touch up paint on base boards would up the over all of condo. As far as experience we had a good time enjoyed our stay. Only other thing, it would have been nice to have a heads up on all the costruction going on at resort. »

«Condo was clean. Oceanfront with lovely views. Check in process easy. Hosts receptive and answered any questions promptly. Only there one night so didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but it looked really nice.»

«We have stayed at the Daytona Beach Resort several times. Unfortunately, due to hurricane damage and renovations, the resort is in disrepair. The room itself is in good condition, the balcony is accessible, and everything is clean and neat. The room is larger than the others on this and other floors, and the bathroom is larger too. «My husband tried to unclog the 50 year old tub. I let Kelly know. She further related that “there had to be an emergent” call with maintenance” to glue soap dish back in place. She made a blatant lie in the message that we had “ripped” off the soap dish. The rules and demands for everything that is expected of the guest is RIDICULOUS! On top of that she expects me to pay 150.00 for gluing on a soap dish. Bring garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper as they only supply a meager amt and expect ...

«Amazing location and cute little condo. Checking in was a little confusing with access codes. The views are incredible and the fireworks that could be seen from the balcony on Saturday nights were a bonus! Would stay here again.»

«My husband and I love to go on weekend adventures to see great rock bands. This adorable condo was less than 5 minutes from Peabody Auditorium, where we were going to see the Tom Keifer band (Cinderella). Located directly on the beach with private access to guests, the building also featured a pool and grill area. Our condo was super clean and thoughtfully stocked with conveniences by our host. «This stay was amazing. I had a last minute work trip and they fully accommodated me very quickly. An amazing view with everything you could need to go to the beach, cook and eat and even had coffee and snacks ready for you in the condo. It’s a short walk or uber drive for food and drinks. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee was just what I needed before I started my day. I will definitely be back for either work or a personal vacation!»
