The Space:

Inside, the home is designed for comfort and connection. The living room welcomes you with a plush couch, two armchairs, and a smart TV perfect for movie nights. The sleek kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, dark countertops, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, and counter seating for four. Gather around the dining table for seven to share meals and stories after a day of exploring. Outdoors, a private patio with a bubbling hot tub and cozy seating invites you to unwind under the stars, making this the perfect retreat for your Branson getaway.

This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a twin size daybed with a twin size trundle bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a main-floor walk-in unit with 4 steps required.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



Nestled just south of Branson in the scenic Ozarks, Hollister delights with its quaint Tudor-style “English Village” on Downing Street, vibrant local shops and cafés, and easy access to outdoor beauty—from panoramic overlooks and tranquil lakes to wooded trails and canoeing along Lake Taneycomo. Minutes from the lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This enviable location also puts you within 25 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

The house was amazing, check in was fast and simple check out the same! The house was close to all the amenities that Branson Cove offers and was perfect for the kids. We had a large group of 14 and the house gave us plenty of room and space, we will definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, pickleball activity until up until 1am which is well past the quiet hours . three of four bedrooms in the front of the house so none of us got a lot of sleep. The pool very nice, but no shade .Firework issues being shot off Thur night until 1130 at night three houses away ( no parents around ) . My husband spoke with the teenagers involved - very disrespectful !!! hard for a 18 mo old to sleep through all that. More firework issues Fri … this time police on the scene .The house was beautiful, but unfortunately , leaves a sour taste with no sleep all week and what appears to be no monitoring of the subdivision .

Nice and Clean

This was a nice property and the owners were very helpful with problems, however the hot tub was only 86 degrees when we arrived and got up to 102 by the next day. We could never get all the jets on at the same time. We had some trouble with the keypad for entry and always had to try several times before getting in. Tracey

Elevated Lake Vacation

This was our second time staying in Branson Cove, and it did not disappoint. This is an ideal place to stay if you plan on spending time on the lake, and it is also very close to all of the other Branson attractions. We loved that this house was spacious and clean and that all rooms have their own full bathroom. This house also had all of the extras that a lot of places don’t have. The kids also enjoyed the pools and pickle ball, and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Branson area.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at Pineapple bungalow. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family vacation. Place is clean and very cozy. The decor is lovely and it is also stock with pretty much anything you would need. Will definitely book again.

Amazing family vacation

We were here for a week for a family vacation. It was an ideal location for us to get together from Texas, Nebraska, and Illinois. There were 3 kids, a baby, 7 adults and a dog. The house was great! The extra large dining table allowed us to all dine together. There was plenty of room for all of us and the pool right outside the front door was amazing since it was over 100 degrees every day. Just a 15 minute drive to Branson and the local beach was even closer. Thank you so much for giving us such a memorable vacation!

Once the development is complete, this will be a perfect rental.

House is very nice and new. Good location once construction of the complex is complete. As of Nov 14th, they are about half done with building the houses in the development, so construction noise and mess can be a nuisance, but didn't outweigh the positives of our stay. No real view of the lake but a boat ramp and marina are right around the corner. Beautiful area! State Park within walking distance with nice gravel trail. House had everything we needed. Communication was on point. Can't recommend enough.

Great location

Nice house and great location. State park is just around the corner so not a lot of time wasted getting to the lake. Neighborhood was under construction so it was a bit of a hassle to keep out of the way construction vehicles. It will be much nicer once construction is complete.

Pineapple Heaven

We loved our stay here. The owners communication was wonderful - checking in if we needed anything. But, we didn’t. They had everything needed at the tip of our fingers and directions were clear as to what to do. One of the best places we ever stayed. Everything was top notch. The home was laid out perfectly for two families of 6. The owner also gave us some hiking recommendations which we tried and it was awesome. It’s the perfect location to do anything in the Branson/Silver $ area. This home is a must stay again in the future. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.
