BOOKING RULES: These booking rules are required even though this site may allow you to book otherwise
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.

Welcome to lakefront living on Lake Taneycomo. This newly renovated 5 bedroom/3 bath home is located right on the lake! The water is so close you can almost fish off the deck! Just a few features of the home include:

The main level has one king size bedroom, two queen-size bedrooms, and one king-size master suite with walk-in shower. There is a newly remodeled, full bath in the main level hallway. There is a large kitchen, fully equipped with everything you will need. The laundry room is right off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer. You'll love the open floorplan with a large dining table for 8 - 10 people.

The downstairs level has two queen beds and a full bathroom with an older claw bathtub (no shower). The kids will want this room; that's where the pinball machine is!

Spend the evening on the deck by the firepit or in the hot tub. The screened in porch is also a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the perfect view of the lake.

This home is conveniently located only 5 Minutes to the nearest restaurants and major stores and less than 10 minutes from downtown Branson and the Branson Landing! It is also only 15 minutes away from the new Buffalo Ridge championship golf course and world-renowned Top of the Rock championship golf course. This home sits just 15 ft away from the shoreline of Lake Taneycomo and has a GORGEOUS VIEW of the lake!

Taneycomo lake is known for one of the best trout fishing lakes in the region. Flowing through the heart of Branson, Lake Taneycomo is the most diverse fishing lake in the country, sporting world-class rainbow and brown trout as well as bass, crappie, and bluegill angling. But it's most famous for its trout fishing. The current brown trout Missouri state record was caught on Lake Taneycomo on November 12, 2009. The enormous brown trout weighed 28 pounds, 8 ounces!! It was 37 inches long with a girth of 24.75 inches. So come stay with us and try your luck to hook the next State record trout fly fishing! Please note: The lake is not for swimming. There is a strong current and meant for kayaks, canoes, and boating.

*MUST be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.

*Check-out 10am (always strictly enforced)
