«Perdido Beach Resort has very attentive staff and great location on the slightly quieter side of the Gulf Shores/Orange beach hotel strip. Have to give a slight knock for ongoing construction on the Beach floor, which is mostly the entry people use to enter and exit property. Almost gave a three star rating due to the non-valet parking being full on multiple occasions, due to a prom and then a ongoing conference. »

«Arrived Early, Staff was very nice and had a room available, TY. We relayed that we paid extra for the King w/ a kitchen but none available, ok because we were kindly getting check in early. «Our stay had two issues, of which one was resolved by the hotel staff, and the second was left unresolved for the duration of our visit. First, we booked three identical rooms through Expedia, all of which were to be pool-side rooms with 2 queen beds. When we were checking in, the hotel claimed we had booked two pool side rooms and one standard room. After we were checked in, I pulled up the prepaid reservation and pointed out to the staff the discrepancy. The hotel staff resolved this issue ...

«This was a great place to spend the night. The woman in the frontdesk was very friendly and helpfull. (Think her name was Wilma) The room was ok and had a good bed. Never tried the pool because it was overcrounded by a family all day and through the night. The breakfast was good for a continental meal, but the morning we went there it was totaly overcrouded.. Long line and no place to sit. The hotel is close to the base witch was a good thing. I can recomend this hotel to other travelers looking ...

«The condo was beautiful with a view of the inland marsh waterway. It was filled with bird and turtle watching. The beach access was simple. The only thing i wanted was to keep it clean. The vacuum wasnt charged and i couldnt figure it out. I would have liked a larger bathroom off the master bath. But aĺl in all , we had a great time.»
