«Ok service at check in an location is calm and safe. The room was “cleaned” but felt dirty - most areas was just cleaned swift with a cloth and not really clean. The cold water tap could not be opened in the bathroom - notified the reception and the promised to fix it but never did. The wifi didn’t work in the room had to go outside. «We spent two weeks at St Peters Bay resort in December. The apartment was fantastic and very spacious. The kitchen had everything you needed for simple cooking, but it lacked e.g. baking trays for the oven. One room had an air conditioner that didn't work, it beeped and kept 26-28 degrees even though it was set to 17. Even after many inquiries, the problem was not solved. «I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil. For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice.
