«Poor air condition in the BURNING summer heat. Sleepy and seemingly unmotivated guy in the reception. Saved money wherever they could here BUT a ridiculous dust-collecting and probably super expensive decoration above the bed. Dust drizzels down on you as you sleep. Soap smells horrible. Beds seem to be bought in a flee-market - CHANGE THEM!!! Bad smell in corridor. But: Great location and clean towls and bed linen. »

«Wonderful hotel in one of the castle wings. Room was large, but the bathroom was small and has a bathtub with shower, it’s OK, but not more. In the castle cellar is the Czech National Wine Centre, where they have over 160 wines from the Czech Republic, and you can buy s ticket for 2 hours and taste as many as you want, each wine has a large fold-up with data and a QR code so you can read in other languages. «The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. We would gladly stay here again!»

«Har bodd på mange hotell rundt om i verden, og dette er et av de bedre jeg har opplevd. Helt fra staben i resepsjonen til vaskepersonell var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Supre rom og veldig god komfort. Har faktisk ingenting å utsette på hotellet. Lå litt langt fra sentrum, men vi, som trimfolk vi er, gikk daglig til sentrum. Bare å ta med gode sko det. Ellers er det overkommelige priser på taxi til byen. Frokosten på hotellet hadde jeg på forhånd lest at den var rett og slett dårlig, men her ...

«When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from ...

«We stayed here for an overnight stop and were very pleased with our stay. Friendly staff, everything you need as far as the room goes, incl aircon which was very welcome given it was 34 degrees that day. There was plenty of choice in the restaurant. Breakfast was fine. There could have been more choice but at this price I thought the stay was excellent value overall»

«Bad experience. Dirty shared showers toilet and hallway areas. These areas should be cleaned once a day otherwise they filthy. Hair on the bed. Holes in sheets. Loud tenants in complex - hard to sleep. Long ways out of Vienna center. Area not so nice. But the price was reasonable.»
