«Bree, who was our server, was very welcoming and kind. The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The only issue was a buzzing noise (mechanical sounds) were right outside of our room. I don't know where it was coming from, so I am unsure if it was hotel-related. »

«Room was very clean and Comfortable. Amber was very friendly and professional on the phone when I called for a question. Pat was great when we checked in. I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint. Great suggestion. We do ask often on places to eat when we travel, and most are great recommendations. The only negative thing I would say is ...

«I would not say the room was spotless, but it was definitely much better than most. I didn’t feel the need to go around with a bottle of Clorox cleanup so that says a lot! The staff was super friendly and I did not really use any amenities as I was there for an event elsewhere. The bed was super comfortable, and I like the fact that you get a separate can for recyclables. I walked around the building outside for exercise and everything seemed safe and secure to me.
