Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem hervorragenden Restaurant und einem, da es in anderen Bewertungen Thema ist, mehr als ausreichenden Wellnessbereich. Um da genau zu sein war das Spa ein absolutes Highlight.

Das Personal im Service war hervorragend. Das an der Rezeption ist noch ausbaufähig. Nicht unbedingt für Radfahrer zu empfehlen. Kein Raum für Räder. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und sauber. Am Frühstück gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie hundefreundlich das Hotel und die Umgebung war. Man kann direkt am See spazieren und den Ausblick genießen. Insgesamt war hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

The best hotel!!!
Absolutely wonderful Christmas stay ✨ Cannot fault this hotel at all. We had such a lovely stay over Christmas. I was reluctant to book at first as the hotel is not in the centre of Salzburg and a lot of the reviews are from a long time ago, but it was the best decision! The hotel is in the middle of wonderful countryside, it’s so nice to be able to explore the city and then stay in this lovely little picturesque town. It’s so easy to get to, just hop on bus 150 to/from Salzburg and it takes about 20 mins. The buses are super regular (even on Xmas day!), cheap and really comfortable. The hotel is in superb condition, recently renovated by the looks of it and the decor is perfect. Our room was well furnished, super clean and we had a large balcony with a view of the mountains/lake. Breakfast is included and was top quality. We also went to the hotel bar on Christmas Eve which was lovely and the drinks were spot on. We didn’t use the pool/spa as unfortunately didn’t have time but had a nosey and it looked wonderful. All staff members were super friendly and if you get time to explore the surroundings you won’t forget it, they’re stunning. I honestly have no complaints about this hotel and encourage everyone to visit! I loved Salzburg but I’d come back just to stay here.

Endlich perfekt...
Kennen das Hotel schon seit langem. Atmossphäre, Service, Kulinarik alles Spitze aich nach dem Eigentümerwechsel. Was uns immer etwas gestört hat war die Wassertemperatur im Schwimmbad. Aber dieses mal fanden wir einen 30+ Grad Pool vor. Jetzt ist es wirklich perfekt. Viel Value for Money! WEITER SO!

We had a wonderful family vacation. The resort is dog friendly. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. There is a kid game room and outdoor jungle gym. You can hike to the lake or drive 5mins into town. The spa area is relaxing and it was easy to get a massage same day.

The property itself is excellent - set in beautiful mountains near a lake. It was comfortable (although there is nothing in the room as it has no mini bar - you need to buy items in the shop downstairs but this is ok .. they might have had issues here in the past)….The issue we had was around staffing. Some staff are excellent - we had a waiter training as a sommelier who was fantastic as were some of the people on the front desk). But - we had glass in our room floor (I cut my feet - there are no slippers in the room) and we asked the front desk to clean it - next day my wife cut her feet too) … they forgot to order the taxi we had requested (we only JUST made our flight after rebooking a taxi) … we booked two rooms and one had no air con in a heatwave … we had to change rooms as the first one was not what we had paid for … the first day at breakfast was a staffing shambles as was our service in the first evenings dinner … but the food itself was excellent) … so a lovely hotel spoiled by inconsistent staffing - I’m sure there is an excellent hotel in there - and many parts were good - but the parts that let it down really let it down which is a pity.

Amazing place with beautiful surroundings and beatiful swimming pool and great saunas. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Large and nice breakfast and big rooms. Very children friendly. Only problem was that it was very hot and in the room there was no air-conditioning only a ventilator. If y go in summer ask for room with air-conditioning. Also steep walk to get to lake. Little amenities in room just basic. All together excellent place.
