Welcome to Spoonbill Retreat, a bright and spacious 3-bedroom home in Sorell with beautiful water views across Pitt Water.

Designed for families, friends, work trips and longer stays, the home sleeps up to 6 guests and offers plenty of room to spread out. Large windows fill the living areas with natural light, while the open-plan layout makes it easy to cook, eat and relax together.

One of the best parts of the home is the outlook. Start the morning with a coffee overlooking the water, spend the afternoon relaxing in the backyard, then settle in and enjoy the sunset at the end of the day.

The home is modern, spacious and set up for both short and extended stays. There is an internal staircase with an open design, which guests travelling with very young children may wish to keep in mind.

This is a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, with no loud music, parties, or excessive noise, particularly after 10:00 pm.

This home is not suitable for parties or events.

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in from 3:00 pm
• Check-out by 10:00 am

Late check-outs are not available unless pre-approved via Airbnb messaging, as this impacts cleaning schedules for incoming guests.

🧹 Check-Out Guidelines

To help us prepare the home for the next guests, we kindly ask that you:
• Take out rubbish
• Place used towels in the main bathroom
• Wash dishes or load them into the dishwasher

No deep cleaning is required — that’s taken care of by us.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the home
• Smoke detectors must not be tampered with, covered, or disabled at any time

• Pets are not permitted on beds or sofas
