ホテルの場所も部屋も、部屋からの景色もとても良かったです。またスタッフの方々も非常にフレンドリーでした。気になったのは、シャワールームに扉がなく、半分開放されたような仕様でしたので、水が外に漏れることです。かなり気を使ってシャワーを浴びる必要がありました。あと、タオル類や備品の交換、ベッドメイクは毎日していただけるのですが、部屋の掃除はお願いしないとしていただけなく、7泊の後半はバスルームの床のホコリや髪の毛が気になり、掃除をお願いしました。 総合的には非常に満足です。

The location is great! I would definitely would stay at Movenpick location again as it was convenient for everything. The hotel breakfast was good. The check in and check out was great and quick. The workers there are polite and the hotel is accommodating in everything from safety and accessible facilities. However the hotel was good but it could be better. Please fix the elephant in the room. It’s the bed. The bed is horrendous. That is why we pay good money for a good hotel is for good sleep. What is the point in staying at a top rate hotel if the bed is lumpy? One side of the bed was lumpy and the other side was firmer. I could not sleep properly without waking up sore in each hour of the night. After pointing it out to the reception: They just took off the topper and it was slightly better. You need to pass out to get some sleep - slight warning because taking the topper doesn’t fix a lumpy bed. So that’s what we did, we had two massive days so that we can sleep properly before checking out. My partner and I had stayed at motels that had better quality beds (medium-firm) that was not uneven on each side and we paid $120 per night. Movenpick you are expected to pay $350-$500 per night for a lumpy bed. Not great.

Staff were lovely, rooms beautiful and clean. However “guaranteed check in at 2pm” was not guaranteed and we had to wait until approx 2:45pm to check in (with a toddler is not ideal), as compensation we received 2 welcome drink vouchers which I don’t believe is adequate and also thought was the standard anyway, however staff were still lovely.

It is in the middle of the city, so it's the best spot you can get, eventing is close to it, breakfast is really good, I wish they've mentioned that parking is not for free, valet parking is $32 per day, (you can ask them as many times you like for them to bring or park the car) there is public parking $20 a day and it's whithin the same block but they close over night.

Guest services were wonderful and went above and beyond on every occasion. The hotel is central to most things. Unfortunately booked a room that faced a brick wall but that was through no fault of the hotel.

The service was impeccable, pity our room without a view didn't have something to look at besides a dark grey wall! (May I suggest a garden wall or mural!?) Bed and pillows were super comfortable, and big shower was great but lacked a little pressure... The complementary chocolates in the afternoon were AMAZING! ❤️ And the room service was great! Would love to stay there again.

Aside from being a nice hotel it was in a convenient location. It was half a block from the pedestrian mall on Elizabeth Street. Just off the mall is a Woolworths which is one of the larger chains of grocery stores in Australia. So it was easy to get water and milk since we made coffee in the room each morning. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel since it was kind of pricey and there was a takeout shop across the street that opened at 7 AM during the week. It is about 500 m from the docks with some of our tours left from.

Unfortunately the first thing we noticed when we entered the room was the view through our window - a white brick wall a meter from the window. Had we have known this when booking our 5 night stay we would asked for a different room or stayed at another hotel. The other negative was that we were given an accessible room which meant the bathroom had less bench space etc. Aside from these two things everything else was great, room was clean, buffet breakfast was delicious and location was close to many restaurants and shops.

Property was well presented as expected. Pillows were very firm and all four were very high so sleep was not comfortable. Otherwise, was a good experience.

We have stayed a number of times at Movenpick, Hobart. The staff are always extremely helpful. We always have a brilliant nights sleep. The bed is exceptionally comfortable for a long haul traveller.
