Entry is via the rear of the property, where you`ll arrive through the laundry. This practical space also includes a separate toilet, making it especially convenient for guests staying downstairs or arriving home after a day exploring Hobart.

Please note that parking is available in a dedicated off street space at the rear of the property for one vehicle. While street parking is available nearby, restrictions may apply.

As this is a residential neighbourhood, we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Please note that the wood heater and the open fireplace are decorative features only and are not operational. For safety reasons, please do not attempt to light a fire or bring your own firewood or fuel to use in either fireplace.

Please note that the staircase connecting the lower and upper levels is steeper and narrower than a standard staircase. It is fitted with a secure handrail and is perfectly safe to use, but guests with young children, limited mobility, or anyone who may have difficulty with stairs should take extra care.
