Awaken before daybreak to watch the sunrise over the mountains & unwind by the pond with a delicious cup of coffee provided at the cabin.

WINTER ADVISORY: Snow & ice may be present on the driveway & walkways. 4WD/AWD/All Season Tires recommended. Practice caution when walking & driving in the mountains.

The best of two worlds: a sophisticated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Contemporary with all the creature comforts - all this on just under 8 acres in a picturesque back country setting with majestic mountain views, and even a small pond. Plenty of highlights in the saltbox-like residence. Brand new stranded bamboo floors in the cathedral ceiling great room and bedrooms. Antique Blanco Granite counters, Hickory Cabinets, ceramic tiles floor in the kitchen, natural stone travertine tile floor in the downstairs bath. The upstairs Master Bedroom has ensuite bath with subway wall tiles and Art deco floor tiled shower and a closet with laundry hook-ups, both behind sliding barn doors. All the mechanicals, appliances, fixtures are new (2018/2019) and above average including thoughtful details oriented to todays lifestyle (USB charging ports in electrical outlets in bedrooms!).
