«Arrived around 12 and were only staying one night, leaving early the next morning. The check in is at 3 and you are not able to use the facilities at the hotel before check in. We asked if we could use the roof top pool before check in, after some discussions we were allowed to use the pool from 1, but we had to pay an additional fee (5500 yen). We did not get any explanation why we had to wait one hour. We stayed at the pool for a few hours, there were no other guests there and we question why ...

«The apartment was very clean, safe and quiet. I appreciated how close it was to Setagaya station. The fan in the bathroom had a loud noise initially but I contacted the property management and they fixed a problem quickly. Communication with property management was easy and the instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear.
The only downside for me was the mattress. I stayed for 2 weeks so I wish it was firmer and more comfortable.
It was overall a lovely stay and I'd enjoy staying ...
