«The hotel is still pretty from the outside but our room in the North tower was very run down
The dresser was on its last legs. The drawers were broken and would not stay closed. The beds were quite small and not comfortable. Rooms definately need some upgrades. On a plus note it was clean. We do not feel we received fair value for what we paid. »

«I would not recommend this stay! Hotel is falling apart. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them. The carpet had a huge hole in it, along with cigarette burns. The USB’s in the lamps didn’t work. The lampshades had tears and stains on them. The shower drain was filthy and had a huge crack at the back of the floor. The sink water actually got hotter than the water in the shower. We had to wait until 4:30 to check in because rooms were not ready. They were ...

«Good hotel, good service, great beds and fluffy towels.
The lack of information about the hotel/casinp in the room was unusual. Nothing regarding restaurants, where things are located and so on. There was only one place to get food, which was fine for us but if we wanted like a restaurant we would have had to leave the property.
The icemaker on our floor didnt work and the fridge in our room actually halfway froze a sandwich i up in there for the night. »
