«Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!»

«This was a great location and staff friendly but I have never stayed in a VRBO property that was so tattered. Carpet had dog pee spots all over and bathrooms were from the 1970’s, avocado green and harvest gold. All cabinets had scratches and smelled like old wood.
The kitchen was very nice though and beds were comfortable. I would advise to leave air freshener to cover the wet dog smell. Advise others to look closely at pictures as well. Table tops were worn and needed refinishing. ...

«The “assessable” accommodations were not what we needed. Staff made verbal arrangements to change to a better room the next day but when we ask the morning staff they said they could not do anything. We ended up without a room at all and had to scramble to find an assessable new hotel for the night in a bust tourist community. Limited options made the change difficult and we were lucky to find a room at all.»

«The pictures advertised on expedia.com are NOTHING like the room checked into. In fact, the 'apartment' of which pictures are rendered, isn't anything like the actual room which is rented. This is a clear cut example of false advertisement. The office staff said as much 'the apartment is unique, and none of the rooms share attributes similar to the pictures advertised'. In FACT, it was later unveiled, that the 'apartment' advertised, was given to the house keeping staff, and not even available ...
