«I surprised my two friends with this getaway. They knew we were going somewhere, that was all. Two and a half hours later, I pulled up to this property, pretending I was lost and needing gps. «House was great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and nice big kitchen. Beautiful property, great location for Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point shopping and restaurants. However, there is not enough bedding or towels for 12 people. Towels had to be washed daily and there are no extra blankets for the couches that had to be used to accommodate 12. And total bummer that when we were there the hot tub was not working.»

The remodeled kitchen and finished areas are great and it could be really fabulous when the rest of the house and pool area are finished. «Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained.
