«The Airstream we were given was quite different from what we thought it would be based on photos. Much older, worn, and out-dated. If I had known it wouldn't be one of the trailers featured in the photos on the website, I would have stayed somewhere else. The community areas were nice, so we spent most of our time there, rather than in the trailer. The view of the Colorado River and easy access to the bike trail also helped to offset our disappointment in the trailer.

«This is an older, well-kept and maintained property. Looked as if it had been recently repainted.
My bathroom and shower were impeccably clean and everything worked. Remember, this is a Best Western just off a major interstate, so it's not the Ritz-Carlton, but the bed was comfortable, bedding was clean and nice pillows, TV works, etc. No complaints about the room. The courtyard is also well kept and the landscaping was surprisingly attractive. Breakfast had a wide variety of options - cereal, ...

«Great little independent hotel. I see some other reviews have spoken about the nearby train going by and the thin walls. The train is definitely close, but once I was asleep, I never heard it again. And I never did hear any of my neighbors either, so I guess your mileage may vary.
All in all, a surprisingly spacious room, very clean, with a clean bathroom. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful with a great attitude.
No complaints, no notes.»

«Found bugs in the first room, they said they would clean it and that didn't happen. They moved us to a new room and the carpet was so dirty we asked for a vacuum to clean it ourselves. When I checked out and told the front desk about our experience they did not offer a discount or refund. Also, breakfast was a very minimal continental breakfast, not worth it. Will not be staying here again!»

«The bathroom sink plugged up and stank. Shower pressure was horrible. The girl at the front desk and the young man that she brought with her to unplug the sink were both polite and helpful. When we were leaving the next morning, we passed by 3 or 4 employees and not one of them even looked at us or acknowledged us, let alone a thank you or have a nice day.

«Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected ...
