«The details on the property indicated that the pool was closed, but that the hot tub was open. That was not true, the hot tub was closed as well. «A lot of drug deals going down and being exchanged couldn’t get any sleep due to the cars coming in and out extremely rude people. I did report to the staff, but no one did anything about it. I stayed here 10 years ago and it was really nice. It’s horrible now I will never stay here again. It’s so sad.»

«Staff was very cordial and professional. Sufficient hotel parking. Hotel was quiet especially during the night. Breakfast was adequate. I have 2 complaints: 1. external entrance doors on either end of the hotel appeared to never be locked. Fitness room and laundry room doors were not locked l room doors were not locked. Did not need to use my key for any of these areas so seemed unsafe to me.
2. blackout curtains on room window did not fit correctly, allowing light to come into the room ...

«Breakfast was fantastic. Friendly breakfast staff, lots of options, good hours for breakfast. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Fridge had a spill in it and some crumbs from food. Couch cushions also were dirty. Had something white spilled on them. Noticable that they had not cleaned the cushions at all. Pull out couch mattress was just springs. We had to call and try to get blankets to put on it because it was SO thin. Staff was nice. »

«Had a wonderful experience during my recent stay. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming and attentive especially Lexi at the front desk! The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient since our son attends CMU and plays baseball for them so we walked the beautiful campus. I highly recommend staying at this location. Looking forward to our next visit!»

«The staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Our room smelled very bad and it didn't go away despite us running the AC and bathroom fan constantly.
The floors were quite dirty, this was a shoes-on room.
The covers (not the sheets) had stuff on them that indicated they needed washing.
The walls had junk all over them. Either someone had a food fight or a fist fight or this has accumulated over many guest visits and its kinda gross.
The sink needs a renovation. Mold was growing under the ...
