«Overall, the room was cleaning when we first got there then the night came. After being now. I wanted to take a shower went into the shower, and there was bugs everywhere all over the ceiling, crawling out of the vent. Coming down. The mirror. I couldn’t even shower. went to the front, Office. I don’t remember her name asked her if they could transfer us room. She said no asked her if we could get a refund. She said no. After bugging them for a great amount of time. Thery agreed to go in spray ...

«The stay was amazing. I felt comfortable and the property was calm and quiet. The room was clean and well maintained. They even had a mini fridge for our convenience which was nice because we packed lunch to and drinks to go to the grand canyon.

«While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. »
