Staff at the main casino was awful to us. We showed up at 7:30 PM and was told they gave away our room because we did not arrive by 7PM. Nowhere was it stated that our room would be given away. When we asked if there was another room available the supervisor said “it’s Saturday and we’re fully booked” I stated we had just drove 4 hours to get there and she said “I’m not sure what you want from me I have no options for you - you can go over to our hotel across the parking lot” “so we drove over there and the gentleman at that front desk was more than kind to us and he said - your room is available what happened was your card got declined when they ran it. And I stated that my bank account had been hacked so I received a new debit card - and if the staff would have called when they ran my card I would have for sure put down my new debit card number. I feel they should have a multi step procedure rather than just “we gave your room away we can’t help you”. So the gentleman called back over to the main hotel and said their room is still available I’m going to book it for them can you check them in, they refused, so he said “I will just check them in over here then.” He did, and we got our room and our room keys from him - highly disappointing in how we were treated by the front desk supervisor.
